00:18It's a mix of different years to get always the same flavor.
00:22And you can see when you smell it and when you taste it,
00:26you can see a lot of fruits, a lot of red fruit flavor.
00:31This one, you can see the difference in color.
00:34And I know that it's hard to believe, but these wines when they get here,
00:37as I told you, they're pretty much the same.
00:40And you can see the difference.
00:42This is what happens to that wine if it got into the vat.
00:46It would take out all of the red color,
00:49and the color would fade onto a more amber-like, light brown.
00:55And the flavors are a lot less flavors of fruit
01:00and a lot more flavors of oak and caramel.
01:04As a matter of fact, if you swallow the cups,
01:06when you smell them, you will see instantly
01:09that the tommy is a little bit more intense than the ruby.
01:13It's more intense in terms of alcohol on the nose.
01:16If you drink it, you will see that it's also a little bit more intense on the throat.
01:21But all of them have the same amount of alcohol.
01:25Don't go around drinking more of the ruby than the tommy,
01:28because all of them have 20% of alcohol.
01:31So even though the tommy smells more and feels that it has a little bit more alcohol,
01:38they both do the same kind of damage,
01:40so they can go down and drink more of one or the other.
