00:00In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
00:16Commandant, Pakistan Military Academy.
00:19Honourable guests, ladies and gentlemen,
00:24and the Purazm Cadets present in this parade,
00:27Peace be upon you.
00:32On the great occasion of Pakistan's Independence Day,
00:36I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of you.
00:43These moments are not only to celebrate happiness,
00:46but also to express our gratitude to Allah the Exalted
00:50that He has blessed us with the great blessing of independence in the form of Pakistan.
00:59He has given us the courage, strength and strength
01:04to not only defend this country of God,
01:08but also to make this true reality a successful and great example for future generations.
01:19Ladies and gentlemen,
01:22the basis of our national consciousness is the view of Pakistan,
01:28which is based on two national views.
01:31This historical and permanent view has given the Muslims of the subcontinent
01:38a chance to establish a separate identity, culture and civilization.
01:44The purpose of establishing Pakistan was not merely to establish a geographical region,
01:51but to establish a state of prosperity,
01:55where the foundation of the golden principles of Islam,
01:58through a society of peace, security and understanding,
02:04Muslims and all the people of other religions
02:10can enjoy freedom and security.
02:15The freedom of Pakistan is the result of the thoughtful thinking of Allama Muhammad Iqbal,
02:20the great leadership of Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah
02:24and the countless sacrifices of the Muslims of the subcontinent.
02:30This country was not only established,
02:33but was also established in order to establish a prominent position in the world.
02:40With this in mind, the historical words of Qaid-e-Azam are extremely important,
02:46which I repeat,
02:50we have undoubtedly achieved Pakistan, and that too without war,
02:56practically, peacefully, by moral and intellectual force
03:02and with the power of the pen, which is no less mighty than that of the sword,
03:09and so our righteous cause has triumphed.
03:14Are we now going to despair and tarnish this greatest achievement,
03:19for which there is no parallel in the history of the world?
03:24Pakistan is now a fait accompli, and it can never be undone.
03:32Besides, it was the only just, honourable and practical solution
03:38of the most complex constitutional problem of this great subcontinent.
03:45Let us now plan to build and reconstruct and regenerate our great nation.
03:54Ladies and gentlemen,
03:56our elders endured the hardships of migration in order to gain a separate identity,
04:03and made countless sacrifices.
04:06Today, we, the leaders and workers of Tehreek-e-Pakistan,
04:11along with presenting the Khiraj-e-Aqeedah,
04:14also present salutes to those martyrs, Ghazis and Lawaikhs,
04:20who have always raised the banner of freedom on the basis of these sacrifices.
04:26Undoubtedly, it is the great sacrifice of the martyrs
04:32that has enabled us to live in such a free environment.
04:38Just as our ancestors faced many difficulties during the time of the establishment of Pakistan,
04:44similarly, we faced many challenges in the past,
04:47especially in the time of the establishment of Pakistan.
04:54Alhamdulillah, none of these difficulties weakened our resolve and determination.
05:01Historically, our national spirit has always been strengthened in the face of challenges,
05:09and we, the Min Hassun Qaum, have always risen even stronger after every difficulty,
05:16in which the mutual trust of the nation and the army has always been the key.
05:22Remember, disagreement and disintegration
05:26hollows the country from within and blocks the way for foreign expansion.
05:33The unwavering trust of the Qaum's pure army is our most valuable asset.
05:39This strong relationship is the best way to strengthen our resolve
05:44and increase our courage and passion in difficult times.
05:50Weakening the forces of Pakistan is akin to weakening Pakistan.
05:56I firmly believe that no negative force
06:00has ever been able to weaken this relationship of trust and love,
06:05nor will it be able to do so in the future.
06:09The forces of Pakistan have sworn to defend the country both internally and externally,
06:15and they are doing so with their blood on the basis of their daily efforts.
06:21We will not let our sacrifices go to waste at any cost.
06:29Inshallah.
06:32Ladies and gentlemen,
06:34there are rapid changes taking place on a global and regional level,
06:38and their speed and nature are extraordinary.
06:42In light of these changes,
06:44Pakistan's position in every era, not only in the region and the Muslim Ummah,
06:49but also on the international level, has been of great importance.
06:54We hold a prominent position in the world
06:57due to our peace-loving and principles-based position.
07:02The unparalleled resources Allah the Exalted has bestowed upon us,
07:06the courage of the people, and the courage of the youth,
07:10without a doubt, make the future of Pakistan bright and prosperous.
07:18Unfortunately, in our region,
07:20the extremist and terrorist forces are at the forefront.
07:26The people, the Pakistani army, and the law-enforcing institutions
07:32have successfully countered terrorism,
07:35and not only have they made unwavering sacrifices,
07:39but they also have a determined and unwavering intention
07:44not to let any sacrifice go to waste in the future.
07:47For these terrorist forces,
07:49with complete determination and determination,
07:51many efforts have been made,
07:53and the wisdom of action, determination, and the support of national resolve
07:59are the key elements of peace, and are an important requirement of time.
08:06Today, our news, especially in the Pakhtunkhwa region,
08:10is that, due to the treacherous activities of the Taliban,
08:17the government of Pakistan, and the law-enforcing activities,
08:20terrorism has once again taken the lead,
08:24and the Pakistani army, and the law-enforcing institutions
08:30are at the forefront.
08:33A few days ago, when I was speaking to the scholars and scholars of Islam,
08:39I said that, if you do not believe in the Shariah of Islam,
08:44if you do not believe in the constitution of Pakistan,
08:47then we do not consider you to be a Pakistani.
08:52In the war against terrorism,
08:54especially our Pakhtunkhwa brothers,
08:58the unwavering story of courage, determination, and sacrifices,
09:05the entire nation salutes them.
09:10And just as the Pakistani army is at the forefront of the terrorist forces
09:15that spread disorder in the land,
09:17and the pride of the law-enforcing institutions,
09:22the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,
09:24like a glass wall, have been standing for the past 22 years,
09:30the entire Pakistani nation is indebted to you for that.
09:38I assure the people of Pakistan, and especially the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,
09:43in the light of the commandments of Allah,
09:47that you are fighting a war against disorder in the land,
09:51in which, as promised by Allah, we will be victorious, God-willing.
10:00In the Qur'an, in Surah Al-Maidah, verse number 33, Allah says,
10:21And the translation of this is,
10:29those who fight Allah and His Messenger,
10:33and cause disorder in the land,
10:37their punishment is to be killed,
10:40or to be crucified,
10:42or to be cut off from their hands and feet,
10:47or to be expelled from their country.
10:51This is a disgrace for them in this world,
10:53and a great punishment for them in the Hereafter.
10:58And in Surah Al-Maidah, verse number 56, Allah says,
11:04And this war, those who are fighting it,
11:08it is a sign of victory for them.
11:11Indeed, the party of Allah will be the victors.
11:14Undoubtedly, the community of Allah will be victorious.
11:21And in Surah Al-Imran, verse number 149,
11:27in which Allah has not only spoken about victory,
11:32He has also said that there should be no despair in this war.
11:39Allah says,
11:54And the translation of this is,
11:56Do not be weak, do not grieve.
12:00You will be victorious if you are believers.
12:05If you have been wounded, your opponents have also been wounded in the same way.
12:10We keep changing the days among people.
12:16That is why, the brave brothers, sisters and youth of Khaybar Pakhtunkhwa,
12:24Allah's blessed being and the whole nation is with you.
12:29And very soon, Allah will give us all a clear victory.
12:34God willing.
12:38Here, I think it is necessary to mention the province of Balochistan,
12:41which is not only the residence of brave and patriotic people,
12:45but is also rich in natural resources.
12:49However, a few elements which are on the verge of making it uncontrollable,
12:53they should know that the permission to weaken Pakistan will never be given.
13:00And the Pak army, with the cooperation of the government of Pakistan and Balochistan,
13:06will continue to play its key role in the well-being of this province and its brave people.
13:16Ladies and gentlemen,
13:18Afghanistan is our brother, the neighbour of the Islamic country,
13:23for which Pakistan and its people have made countless sacrifices.
13:28We have no one to look up to in the present era.
13:32We wish to have good relations with Afghanistan.
13:37And our message to them is that they should not give preference to their brother country,
13:44Khayr Khuwa, to the sedition of the foreigners.
13:48And they should support us in fighting this sedition,
13:51just as Pakistan has always supported you.
13:58Ladies and gentlemen,
14:00for the past few years,
14:02the state has been trying to spread digital terrorism
14:06under the guise of opposing international powers.
14:10The aim of this is to spread hypocrisy and disappointment
14:13in the nation through false news and propaganda.
14:20What has Allah the Almighty said about this digital terrorism?
14:26Surah Al-Hujurat, verse number 6.
14:29O you who have believed,
14:30if a transgressor brings you news,
14:33investigate it thoroughly,
14:37so that you do not disgrace the people unnecessarily,
14:50and then regret your actions.
14:55In Pakistan, freedom of speech is allowed,
15:02but the constitution of Pakistan has made it very clear.
15:07Allama Muhammad Iqbal has put it this way,
15:11Freedom of thought is the way to destroy those
15:14who do not have the right to think.
15:19If that thought is lost,
15:21then freedom of thought is the way to turn a person into an animal.
15:28I would like to make it clear here,
15:31that those who try to create discord between the state institutions and the people,
15:37will not gain anything but disappointment,
15:40and as a result, they will be the victims of further disgrace.
15:44God willing.
15:46Ladies and gentlemen,
15:48we owe our gratitude to our precious friends and brothers,
15:52like People's Republic of China, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
15:56United Arab Emirates, State of Qatar, and Republic of Turkey,
16:01for always standing with us during thick and thin,
16:05and extending to us every kind of support whenever needed.
16:12Ladies and gentlemen, and to the inimical forces,
16:18let it be clear,
16:20that regardless of the multi-layered and multi-dimensional threat
16:25piled up against us,
16:27we stand united and reassured,
16:31traditional or non-traditional, dynamic or proactive,
16:36whatever form of warfare is applied against us,
16:39our retribution will be sharp and painful,
16:43and we will certainly strike back, far and deep.
16:49We know that freedom is not for free,
16:52it costs many brave sons and daughters,
16:55and we are always ready for that.
16:58I have full faith and confidence that the people of Pakistan
17:02and its security forces will never relent,
17:05and let anyone cast an evil eye on this great country.
17:13While we celebrate our independence,
17:15let's not forget the abhorrent violation of the basic human rights
17:19of our Kashmiri brothers and sisters,
17:22who continue to yearn for freedom from oppression
17:25in the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
17:29We stand rock solid with them
17:32for their indelible right of self-determination
17:35as enshrined in the United Nations resolutions,
17:39and reassure our full political, diplomatic and moral support
17:44to the valiant people of Kashmir.
17:50Ladies and gentlemen, this Independence Day in particular
17:54also calls upon us all
17:56to realize the gravity of the horrendous genocide,
18:00racial slaughter and indiscriminate atrocities
18:04being persecuted with impunity by Israel
18:08against the helpless people of Gaza.
18:11The flagrant disregard to international and humanitarian law
18:15is a blemish on world's conscious and rules-based international order.
18:22Here, I would appreciate the effort by the government of Pakistan
18:25towards peaceful resolution of the Palestine conflict
18:29and for continuous provision of humanitarian aid
18:33to the bereaved people of Gaza,
18:35and for raising the Palestine issue at every forum in the world.
18:42Ladies and gentlemen,
18:44we will never let the flame of hope lit by our forefathers
18:50be extinguished.
18:52God willing.
18:55Remember,
18:57despair is disbelief,
19:00and God has forbidden Muslims to despair.
