00:00Venezuela continues to recover from the violence it suffered after the elections with mainly
00:04targeted social leaders, security officials, public institutions and social services,
00:08infrastructure, among others.
00:14Commerce, transportation and services functioning normally is the current face of Valencia,
00:19Venezuela's third largest city, in the central part of the country.
00:23But two weeks ago, an outbreak of violence shook the city.
00:30Fifteen days after the violent acts carried out by sectors of the extreme right that rejected
00:36the results of July 28 in Venezuela, here in Valencia the authorities and the organized
00:41people are reopening facilities that were attacked, such as this police module and a
00:45community pharmacy.
00:49This pharmacy is located in Santa Rosa Parish, a popular area and located on one of the main
00:54access roads to the city.
00:56It serves hundreds of people regardless of their political affiliation.
01:03It's being reopened to the people where we can get medicines at low cost and to benefit
01:08the entire people living near the pharmacy.
01:13It was strong because fascism brought out the most vile in their flesh, the most fascist
01:18thing that could exist in a human being, that hatred that they rooted against our Venezuelan
01:23brothers.
01:24They went out to burn police modules, pharmacies that benefit such vulnerable people as the
01:30Santa Rosa Parish.
01:32For instance, elderly people who find their cheap medicines.
01:42Political and security authorities have denounced that the acts of violence in Valencia and
01:46in other cities of the country responded to a destabilization plan.
01:50From this monitoring room they attended and recorded the violent acts.
01:54This was planned, this was organized, this was financed and we stated with foundation,
02:06with evidence seized.
02:08Cell phones were seized from these subjects, phones that have registered WhatsApp groups.
02:15These WhatsApp groups in a very high percentage are made of phones with international lines
02:21from Chile, Peru, United States and they receive instructions.
02:34The great task now is to rebuild the social relations and trust that they tried to break
02:38within the communities.
02:41We have guaranteed peace.
02:43The situation only arose on July 29 in view of the fact that these violent, fascist, terrorist
02:49groups were looking for a confrontation between the state security agencies and the people,
02:54a confrontation of people against people.
02:57Normality consolidates in cities like Valencia, Caracas and others shaken by fascist violence.
