Joaquin Phoenix has dropped out of director Todd Haynes' planned romantic drama five days before filming was set to begin. The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that the untitled film is no longer moving forward after the actor exited the project just days before filming was set to begin in Guadalajara, Mexico.
