00:00This is the place of the Beloved.
00:06I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
00:08In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful.
00:10Ladies and Gentlemen, Peace be upon you.
00:12May Allah's Mercy, Blessings and Forgiveness be upon you.
00:15We are here with a program about the Shariah and jurisprudence of Hanafi.
00:19A brother had asked a question that my father is suffering from many diseases.
00:23When we tell him to consult a good doctor, he refuses.
00:28He refuses to take medicines.
00:31Because of this, his health is deteriorating.
00:35So, what is the commandment of the Shariah regarding this?
00:37How and until when should we make him understand and fulfill his responsibilities?
00:43See, sometimes this happens.
00:45Our ancestors used to eat real food.
00:48They used to stay away from diseases.
00:50They used to stay away from medicines.
00:52Now, when such situations arise suddenly,
00:54the nature certainly does not accept it.
00:57They feel more pain.
01:00So, keep a gentle attitude.
01:02Their nature does not accept it.
01:07So, this is not on the basis of enmity with you.
01:11This is a natural requirement.
01:13But, it is necessary that if they themselves are listening to us,
01:16or if any such parents are listening to us,
01:18then for God's sake, from the beginning,
01:21I always advise that when you are in good health,
01:25then take care of yourself.
01:27Pay attention to your diet and exercise.
01:30With this intention, and especially in terms of weight,
01:33so that later on, the children do not have to face tests.
01:37Our elders do not listen to us.
01:39They eat a lot, drink a lot.
01:41They say, brother, eat, drink, you will die.
01:43And after that, when the weight increases a lot,
01:45then God forbid, if there is a stroke in the end,
01:47then lifting and sitting down becomes a test for the children.
01:51Then taking him to the hospital,
01:54and other dangers, problems,
01:56because the system is so corrupt inside,
01:58that a child with a low salary and a lot of work,
02:02neither can he get the right treatment,
02:04nor can he give the proper time.
02:06In that, then the parents have a complaint in their heart,
02:08that look, we raised you in childhood,
02:10you left us like this.
02:12So, what I mean to say is that it balances out.
02:15One thing is in our control.
02:17If it is not in the control of nature,
02:19you took care, suddenly there was a disease,
02:22but inviting diseases on purpose,
02:24not thinking about the future of our children,
02:27that if we become a test,
02:29then what will be their conditions,
02:31what are their occupations,
02:33by taking out time,
02:35they can give us time.
02:37So, we should think about these things.
02:39So, if any of our elders are listening,
02:41then God forbid,
02:43it is a request to stay within the limits of manners,
02:45that you get the doctor checked,
02:47take medicines on time.
02:49This is a different thing,
02:51that you do not force,
02:53do not scold, say it lovingly.
02:55Then when the disease increases,
02:57then your responsibility will increase.
02:59So, accept it with a happy heart.
03:01Allah will give you the best reward for it.
03:03Being involved in mischief,
03:05loosening the temper,
03:07getting angry, scolding,
03:09slapping, or backbiting,
03:11these things are not good.
03:13The reward will be wasted.
03:15Be brave, Allah will do better.
03:17A brother said,
03:19can you sever ties with a family member
03:21who is not a worshipper?
03:23Whether he is older or younger,
03:25how can we invite him to pray?
03:27Look, if he is older,
03:29you can invite him to pray,
03:31you can say it lovingly.
03:33And if he is younger,
03:35you can scold him.
03:37If your younger brothers and sisters are like this,
03:39then this is not a problem.
03:41You should encourage them,
03:43or create an environment,
03:45or give speeches,
03:47or listen to our programs,
03:49so that after listening,
03:51it has an impact.
03:53And if you say it directly,
03:55it may not have a big impact.
03:57So, you should encourage them.
03:59Yes, if you are sure that he will fight,
04:01he will not listen,
04:03he will spread mischief,
04:05then it is permissible not to encourage him.
04:07Then leave him alone.
04:09And secondly, as far as sever ties are concerned,
04:11I tried to explain earlier
04:13that many other great sins
04:15are committed by the family members.
04:17So, if we start severing ties
04:19with these sins,
04:21although the real demand is
04:23that if a person is committing a sin
04:25publicly and does not believe it,
04:27then leave him alone.
04:29But these sins have become a habit
04:31in our Muslim families
04:33that if we start leaving people
04:35because of these sins,
04:37then you should go to the jungle,
04:39that will be right,
04:41do not go to the invitation of the non-worshipper,
04:43stop talking to the non-worshipper,
04:45if there is a non-worshipper in the house,
04:47then get out of the house,
04:49how will you survive?
04:51So, while living among them,
04:53keep disliking their actions in your heart
04:55and when you get a chance,
04:57you should scold them.
04:59This is your responsibility.
05:01We will not give any advice
05:03about the rest of the sins.
05:05One person says that if someone in the family
05:07is committing a big sin,
05:09because every third person is committing a sin,
05:11then you should keep in touch with them
05:13with respect, love and affection.
05:15Try that such children
05:17who have a religious thought
05:19should do their character and actions very well
05:21and learn religious sciences.
05:23You can become a scholar,
05:25become a Mufti,
05:27this will be beneficial
05:29that there will be an intellectual aura in your personality.
05:31The other person's trust in you
05:33will increase that he is knowledgeable
05:35and if he is explaining to us,
05:37he will tell us your problem and we will accept it.
05:39In this way, first create a good impression
05:41in your personality.
05:43Then you must make them understand.
05:45Then there are different situations of misbehaviour.
05:47Sometimes it is permissible, sometimes it is haram.
05:49Sometimes misbehaviour is compulsory.
05:51You should learn all these situations.
05:53It is possible that the family members
05:55are misbehaving with you
05:57and you are being offended by them.
05:59So, you should definitely check this.
06:01But anyway, continue your prayers,
06:03keep a good attitude and if you get a chance,
06:05if they are misbehaving,
06:07if they are doing haram misbehaviour,
06:09then make them understand with love.
06:11And if you think that
06:13they will not understand,
06:15then send them a video clip
06:17of a scholar's statement.
06:19They will listen to it on their mobile
06:21and send it on WhatsApp.
06:23It is possible that Allah will give them guidance.
06:25Let's take a call first.
06:27Assalamu Alaikum.
06:29Hello, Assalamu Alaikum.
06:31Walaikum Assalam.
06:33I wanted to ask a question.
06:35I have a sister.
06:37A few months ago, her husband
06:39divorced her.
06:41After that,
06:43last week,
06:45he divorced her twice
06:47and told her to be free.
06:49He told her to have children.
06:51Later, there was a custody case.
06:53The girl came home.
06:55The girl is still saying that
06:57he divorced her.
06:59Later, he told her to be free.
07:01The girl's husband
07:03told her that
07:05he divorced her once.
07:07Now, he is saying that
07:09he divorced her twice.
07:11The court is also saying
07:13that he divorced her once.
07:15Now, the girl's family
07:17is sending her back.
07:19They beat her a lot.
07:21Okay, I understand.
07:23Let's take a call.
07:25Assalamu Alaikum.
07:27Walaikum Assalam.
07:29I have two questions.
07:31One is that
07:33someone said that
07:35Ruku and Sajda are the same.
07:37Sajda is Shukr in Salat.
07:39Is it correct?
07:41The second question is that
07:43a lot of kids come to our house.
07:45My wife and kids are very scared.
07:47I beat them very rudely.
07:49Is it a sin?
07:51Okay, I will tell you.
07:53Inshallah.
07:55Let's take a call from the sister.
07:57First, she admitted that
07:59she divorced her once.
08:01Then, she divorced her twice.
08:03She said that
08:05these two divorces will be considered as one.
08:07How did she decide that
08:09two divorces will be considered as one?
08:11The sister said that
08:13she divorced her twice.
08:15All three divorces were considered as one.
08:17Therefore,
08:19I request those parents,
08:21brothers and sisters
08:23that if there is any problem
08:25in their marriage,
08:27they should rely on such things
08:29and send their sister back to her house.
08:31However, after three divorces,
08:33they become strangers to each other.
08:35It is like
08:37if a person comes to your neighborhood
08:39and asks you to send your sister back to his house.
08:41Who will agree to this?
08:43But here,
08:45we have this situation
08:47that they were in Nikah.
08:49How were they in Nikah?
08:51Why did you accept that they were in Nikah?
08:53Why did you accept that
08:55they were in Nikah?
08:57Why did you accept that
08:59they were in Nikah?
09:01Why did you accept that
09:03they were in Nikah?
09:05Why did you accept that
09:07they were in Nikah?
09:09Why did you accept that
09:11they were in Nikah?
09:13Why did you accept that
09:15they were in Nikah?
09:17Why did you accept that
09:19they were in Nikah?
09:21Why did you accept that
09:23they were in Nikah?
09:25Why did you accept that
09:27they were in Nikah?
09:29Why did you accept that
09:31they were in Nikah?
09:33Why did you accept that
09:35they were in Nikah?
09:37Why did you accept that
09:39they were in Nikah?
09:41Why did you accept that
09:43they were in Nikah?
09:45Why did you accept that
09:47they were in Nikah?
09:49Why did you accept that
09:51they were in Nikah?
09:53Why did you accept that
09:55they were in Nikah?
09:57Why did you accept that
09:59they were in Nikah?
10:01Why did you accept that
10:03they were in Nikah?
10:05Why did you accept that
10:07they were in Nikah?
10:09Why did you accept that
10:11they were in Nikah?
10:13Why did you accept that
10:15they were in Nikah?
10:17Why did you accept that
10:19they were in Nikah?
10:21Why did you accept that
10:23they were in Nikah?
10:25Why did you accept that
10:27they were in Nikah?
10:29Why did you accept that
10:31they were in Nikah?
10:33Why did you accept that
10:35they were in Nikah?
10:37Why did you accept that
10:39they were in Nikah?
10:41Why did you accept that
10:43they were in Nikah?
10:45Why did you accept that
10:47they were in Nikah?
10:49Why did you accept that
10:51they were in Nikah?
10:53Why did you accept that
10:55they were in Nikah?
10:57Why did you accept that
10:59they were in Nikah?
11:01Why did you accept that
11:03they were in Nikah?
11:05Why did you accept that
11:07they were in Nikah?
11:09Why did you accept that
11:11they were in Nikah?
11:13Why did you agree that
11:15they were in Nikah?
11:17Why did you accept that
11:19they were in Nikah?
11:21Why did you saty on that
11:35First, we will take some calls, and then we will answer your questions.
11:37Assalamu Alaikum.
11:39Yes, sister.
11:41Sir, my question is that the directors watch a lot of movies based on the lives of the Ahmadiyya community on their mobile phones.
11:48On the Prophets?
11:50Yes, on the lives of the Ahmadiyya community.
11:52Like the movies that are made.
11:54So, I often tell them not to watch those movies because I don't know if it is okay to watch them or not.
12:00Okay, I will tell you.
12:03There is one more caller. Assalamu Alaikum.
12:06Walaikum Assalam.
12:08Yes, tell me.
12:10When we are washing clothes, can we perform ablution before wearing them?
12:14Okay.
12:18I will tell you, Inshallah.
12:20This brother said,
12:22when lizards come into the house,
12:24I kill them mercilessly.
12:26The family is afraid. What will be the punishment?
12:28See, whether it is a lizard or a cricket,
12:30it is a command to kill them.
12:32In some Ahadith, it is clear that
12:34whoever kills a lizard or a cricket in one blow,
12:36he will get a hundred good deeds.
12:38And then more than that,
12:40the good deeds will decrease.
12:42So, this is a command to eliminate the dangers of these things.
12:46In this, whether you kill mercilessly or with a lot of love,
12:49in both cases, it is absolutely permissible.
12:52The sister said that sometimes
12:54movies are made on the lives of the Prophets.
12:57Children are watching them. What is the punishment?
13:01See, watching this is absolutely unlawful and a sin.
13:03The reason for this is that
13:05those people who are drunkards,
13:07Kababis, Zani are playing the holy characters.
13:09And this is not right.
13:11I say this just to explain that
13:13if a person is going
13:15and your father's name is
13:17Muhammad Akram,
13:19and he is a joke,
13:21and he is a joke,
13:23then you will get angry.
13:25How did you mix my father with a man?
13:27Although he is not your father,
13:30but this is the demand of nature.
13:32For example, the Companions were shown
13:34in some films.
13:36The Prophet himself was shown in a shadow.
13:38A movie was made on Noah.
13:40They took such a person
13:42that the character of the Prophets
13:44will be more than that.
13:46First of all, this is unethical.
13:48The second thing is that
13:50whatever they are showing in it,
13:52they will show their information
13:54from the perspective of their traditions.
13:56For example, if there is a Christian
13:58or a Jew,
14:00they will make their stories
14:02according to their traditions.
14:04Whereas in our Quran and Hadith,
14:06those incidents are described
14:08in a different way.
14:10For example, in a movie,
14:12according to my knowledge,
14:14the Prophet is shown doing adultery.
14:16Now your children will watch
14:18this movie after hearing the name of the Prophet.
14:20And when this thing comes,
14:22what will the children conclude?
14:24That the Prophet does adultery,
14:27that the Prophet does adultery,
14:29that the Prophet does adultery,
14:31that the Prophet does adultery,
14:33that the Prophet does adultery,
14:35that the Prophet does adultery,
14:37that the Prophet does adultery,
14:39that the Prophet does adultery,
14:41that the Prophet does adultery,
14:43that the Prophet does adultery,
14:45that the Prophet does adultery,
14:47that the Prophet does adultery,
14:49that the Prophet does adultery,
14:51that the Prophet does adultery,
14:53that the Prophet does adultery,
14:55They say spread it out so that people can avoid it.
14:57Meaning, even those who are not watching
14:59don't know about it.
15:01For that, your posts should reach.
15:03What is the concept of avoiding it,
15:05this is the concept of temptation.
15:07He will watch and click,
15:09never do this, leave it alone,
15:11never watch such movies.
15:13A brother says,
15:15can we perform ablution before wearing clothes after washing?
15:17So what is the need?
15:19Because the order is this,
15:21the Sunnah is that first a person performs ablution,
15:23then he washes properly.
15:25So you should do it like this.
15:27And if you didn't know,
15:29then when the water flowed on the organs of ablution,
15:31whether it was your intention or not,
15:33you performed ablution.
15:35This is a different thing,
15:37because if you have performed ablution without intention,
15:39then you will not get reward.
15:41But you performed ablution.
15:43Yes, if after washing,
15:45before wearing clothes,
15:47ablution was broken for some reason,
15:49then it is certain that you should perform ablution.
15:51If you want to know,
15:53whether you can perform ablution in a temporary state or not,
15:55then you can definitely do it.
15:57Even when you wash,
15:59you take off your clothes.
16:01And this is Sunnah,
16:03like I told you,
16:05first perform ablution,
16:07then wash properly.
16:09So the ablution you are doing,
16:11is in a temporary state.
16:13So it means that Shariah has not forbidden it.
16:15You can do it.
16:17A brother said,
16:19You can do it.
16:21Because sometimes there are identification cards,
16:23and they have names on them,
16:25like Muhammad Akram, etc.
16:27So what will be the ruling?
16:29It is good that you will perform ablution.
16:31It is a very good thing.
16:33But it is not a requirement of Shariah,
16:35that if you keep it on your back,
16:37in your pocket,
16:39then Shariah will declare you as a sinner.
16:41There are some immoral things,
16:43that our mind calls them immoral.
16:45But Shariah does not consider it
16:47that a person should be a sinner.
16:49For example, you should not turn your back on Allah,
16:51when you leave the Haram.
16:53It is a matter of good manners.
16:55But if you do it, will you be a sinner?
16:57It is not like that.
16:59Similarly, the holy name of the Prophet,
17:01should be taken with ablution.
17:03Some said, it should be taken with ablution.
17:05It is a matter of good manners.
17:07But if you take it without ablution,
17:09will you be a sinner?
17:11No. In fact, to mention the holy name,
17:13and to make ablution mandatory,
17:15is a great sin.
17:17So, you can keep it.
17:19It is better to keep it in your pocket.
17:21Or at least take out a card and keep it.
17:23It is a very good thing.
17:25But if you keep it on your back,
17:27you will not be a sinner.
17:29A child has asked,
17:31is it permissible to follow girls on Facebook or Instagram
17:33or make friends?
17:35It is not permissible at all.
17:37Following means encouraging them,
17:39encouraging them to move forward.
17:41Encouraging them to do more
17:43and encouraging them to move forward.
17:45And these things are not right.
17:47You know very well
17:49the superstitions that are happening.
17:51So why are you following them?
17:53And you are following them
17:55only because
17:57if you join their friends
17:59or followers,
18:01you will have a good relationship with them.
18:03Or if you make them your friends,
18:05then they are friends.
18:07There is no pure friendship.
18:09It is necessary that after a while,
18:11it will take you to a place
18:13where you have no doubt.
18:15So do not treat them like this.
18:17Keep in touch with boys.
18:19And treat them the same way.
18:21Whoever the opponent
18:23wants a girl to come this way,
18:25this boy should come.
18:27It will definitely be bad.
18:29Yes, there are exceptions.
18:31A male doctor
18:33is checking a female.
18:35A teacher is teaching.
18:37Sometimes girls are studying.
18:39They come under need.
18:41It is not under need
18:43to make friends.
18:45If there is one thing
18:47that if it is not there,
18:49then you die.
18:51It is called need.
18:53It is called need.
18:55It is neither need nor need.
18:57It is only benefit.
18:59And if it is such a thing
19:01that there is no benefit in it,
19:03it is just beautiful,
19:05it is called adornment.
19:07And all those situations
19:09of need will come.
19:11Doctors, lawyers, judges,
19:13security issues.
19:15And is there benefit
19:17or adornment in it?
19:19It is not allowed
19:21to do forbidden things.
19:23We have a caller with us.
19:25Let's take the call first.
19:27Assalamu alaikum.
19:29Yes, sister.
19:31My question is that
19:33those who live in Juggis,
19:35can they give charity?
19:37And my second question is that
19:39those Mufti or Ulema
19:41who say that in the way of Allah,
19:43we should give charity.
19:45So, do such things
19:47like ghee and sugar come or not?
19:49Alright.
19:51Let me tell you.
19:53Let's take this
19:55that people living in Juggis,
19:57can they give charity or not?
19:59First see
20:01if they are professional beggars or not.
20:03If they are professional beggars,
20:05then it is a sin to give them.
20:07And then see your relatives.
20:09You will find a lot of poor people in the neighborhood.
20:11Or those who are
20:13doing their personal work,
20:15working with their hands,
20:17there is one who sells corn,
20:19there is one who sells fruits,
20:21there is one who drives a rickshaw.
20:23Those who are feeding their family
20:25and it is obvious that not everyone
20:27is surviving well, give it to them.
20:29Don't give it to professional beggars.
20:31And if it is not like that,
20:33if they are not professional beggars,
20:35but they are selling something
20:37and they are so poor that
20:39they are living in Juggis,
20:41then give it to them.
20:43But giving it to professional beggars
20:45is a sin.
20:47Now your intention will not
20:49make the sin a reward.
20:51Some people say that
20:53we are doing it for Allah.
20:55Allah knows the state of intentions.
20:57So, if someone steals a mobile
20:59and you give it to him with good intentions,
21:01will it be permissible
21:03on the basis of your good intentions?
21:05A beggar comes and says,
21:07give me 100 rupees for the sake of Allah.
21:09And you gave it to him,
21:11saying that we are doing it for Allah.
21:13You will get a reward.
21:15Don't spread Sharia from yourself.
21:17You don't know the nature of Sharia.
21:19Remember, I am talking about the public.
21:21You don't know the nature of Sharia.
21:23You think that we will do it,
21:25Allah and His Messenger's mercy
21:27will become the cause of punishment.
21:29For this, you need knowledge.
21:31It is better to ask the people of knowledge.
21:35If you don't know,
21:37ask the people of knowledge.
21:39This is better for you.
21:41As it is said,
21:43give charity to eat and drink.
21:45If there is blessings,
21:47does ghee and flour come in the same sentence?
21:49Yes, it does.
21:51When we say Sadaqah,
21:53this is called charity in Urdu.
21:55Sadaqah means
21:57to spend something
21:59for the sake of Allah.
22:01This is called Sadaqah.
22:03If you give money,
22:05ghee,
22:07for the sake of Allah,
22:09all these are counted as charity.
22:11I often advise you
22:13to spend on religious students.
22:15There will be countless rewards.
22:17Such a big reward
22:19that there is no end to it.
22:21Because they will study,
22:23write fatwas,
22:25teach,
22:27be a teacher,
22:29be a leader,
22:31be a leader,
22:33lead people well,
22:35establish institutions,
22:37become a mufti,
22:39there will be many rewards for you.
22:41You have to serve humanity.
22:43These are humans
22:45or aliens from the sky.
22:47You have to serve humanity,
22:49then serve them.
22:51Look at the religious scholars
22:53who are doing a very good job
22:55and their salaries are low.
22:57Despite the circumstances,
22:59they do not leave the service of religion.
23:01Keeping their self-respect in mind,
23:03provide financial support to them.
23:05I am saying this for those
23:07who are working for religion,
23:09not for everyone.
23:11You should provide financial support
23:13to those who are working.
23:15We will take a short break.
23:17I am sure you will stay with us.
23:19Someone asked that
23:21someone got married to someone
23:23without a witness.
23:25Then he said that I left you.
23:27They got separated.
23:29Now if both of them want to get married,
23:31will halala be necessary for them?
23:33It will not be necessary at all.
23:35A marriage without witnesses
23:37is a corrupt marriage
23:39and it requires mutual consent.
23:41That is, if both of them say to each other
23:43that I left you,
23:45then that is it.
23:47When there is no divorce,
23:49then halala is necessary
23:51after three divorces.
23:53So there is no need for it
23:55if they want to get married.
23:57First of all,
23:59we should repent to Allah
24:01for the marriage
24:03and if there is a physical relationship,
24:05we should also repent to Allah.
24:07And in the future,
24:09they can get married without halala
24:11and live their lives properly.
24:13He said that if we give zakat
24:15in the month of Ramadan,
24:17then we get its receipt.
24:19While filing the income tax,
24:21if we show it,
24:23then we get a refund on it.
24:25Can we take it or not?
24:27See, you cannot take it.
24:29Keep this in mind.
24:31When you pay zakat,
24:33then it is written in the condition
24:35of proper payment of zakat
24:37that you cut all your benefits
24:39from it.
24:41And this is a case of getting a profit
24:43from zakat.
24:45If you get a refund,
24:47then you have taken back
24:49that amount of zakat.
24:51This is not permissible.
24:53Do not do this.
24:55My advice is that
24:57if you live in a foreign country
24:59and you get money
25:01by showing zakat,
25:03then do not leave it.
25:05After taking zakat,
25:07do not keep it.
25:09It is good to take it.
25:11But the order is what I told you.
25:13It is said that some people
25:15do not pay income tax at all
25:17or reduce it.
25:19What will be their order?
25:21See, I do not know
25:23from which country it has been questioned.
25:25It is wrong not to pay
25:27income tax at all.
25:29Whether it is our country
25:31or a foreign country,
25:33it is not necessary to pay
25:35income tax.
25:37Sometimes we think
25:39that if you get information,
25:41then you will see that
25:43if someone is misusing
25:45income tax,
25:47then there is a positive use of it.
25:49Only then the systems of countries work.
25:51Otherwise, they will not be able to work now.
25:53The first thing is that
25:55you cannot finish it at all.
25:57Yes, there may be different
25:59orders in the reduction.
26:01Which country is it?
26:03Which government is it?
26:05Is it a Muslim or a non-Muslim?
26:07There are a lot of orders in it.
26:09It is very difficult to
26:11describe it here in the Surahs.
26:13For that, our advice will be
26:15that you consult a good Mufti
26:17and then take some practical
26:19steps.
26:21Someone said that
26:23is it permissible to spray
26:25freshener in the washroom
26:27or spray some fragrance?
26:29Is it permissible or not?
26:31Because this
26:33attracts Jinn.
26:35First of all, you do not know
26:37that Jinn are attracted by fragrance.
26:39It does not always happen.
26:41There is no law.
26:43Secondly, if there is a smell
26:45and you have used a good
26:47freshener, then there is no harm in it.
26:49By the way, we should have a system
26:51in the washroom
26:53that the air should pass through it and
26:55the exhaust fan should be installed
26:57so that the air is clean and the person
26:59who comes later should not be affected
27:01by any disease.
27:03It does not matter at all.
27:05And there is no need for Jinn
27:07to be attracted by it.
27:09Jinn will be attracted by the freshener
27:11and if I apply perfume, they will not be attracted.
27:13It does not happen.
27:15And it does not mean that Jinn are
27:17attracted by fragrance.
27:19Pure Jinn like fragrance.
27:21What did the infidel Jinn do with fragrance?
27:23They love filth and filth.
27:25Someone said that
27:27it is a reward to lie.
27:29What will be the judgment
27:31of the infidel Jinn?
27:33Look, our advice would be
27:35to renew your faith and
27:37renew your marriage.
27:39And we cannot call it a disbeliever
27:41or apostate because Shariah
27:43itself allows us to do
27:45forbidden things in some places
27:47including lying.
27:49For example, if someone is an
27:51infidel, if you tell the truth
27:53that where is he?
27:55If you tell the truth, people will kill him.
27:57And if you are sure that he is an infidel,
27:59you can lie that I do not know
28:01where he is.
28:03So, it is obligatory to lie to save his life.
28:05If you tell the truth, the infidel will be killed
28:07and you will also become a sinner.
28:09On this lie, there is hope that
28:11there will be reward.
28:13It is permissible to lie to
28:15reconcile between two people who
28:17are fighting.
28:19For example, two friends fought and
28:21sat down. You went to one person
28:23who was praising you a lot.
28:25He loves you a lot.
28:27So, to create love in their hearts,
28:29you can say some
28:31false sentences like this.
28:33If this is allowed, then
28:35you will also get reward.
28:37Because there can be an interpretation,
28:39it will not be called a true disbeliever.
28:41But it is necessary because it was said in a joke.
28:43And according to our common sense,
28:45a common man does not even know
28:47such details.
28:49He only knows one aspect of lying.
28:51Lying is forbidden. Greed is bad.
28:53Anger is forbidden.
28:55Committing a sin is a great sin.
28:57However, there are permissible situations in all of these.
28:59Misconception is forbidden.
29:01Although some misconceptions are mandatory.
29:03Since we have not learned the knowledge of religion,
29:05we have learned simple things.
29:07In the books, we have learned greed,
29:09bad, bad. We had read a lesson
29:11in the fifth.
29:13After reading those things,
29:15one or two aspects of anything
29:17are placed in our mind.
29:19And after that, we think we have knowledge about it.
29:21I wish we had seen other aspects of it.
29:23However, you will see that
29:25Shariah gives us a lot of space
29:27in these matters.
29:29And in case of necessity,
29:31it makes some forbidden acts permissible.
29:33In fact, there are some acts
29:35that if you do not take advantage of them,
29:37you will become a sinner.
29:39So, in short, they should renew their faith
29:41and renew their Nikah.
29:43This was a question from India.
29:45They say that 99% shopkeepers
29:47clean the shop in the morning
29:49and then light the Agarbatti.
29:51How is it to light the Agarbatti?
29:53And some people take it in their hands
29:55and move it around.
29:57So, how is it to give this incense?
29:59See, the incense of fragrance
30:01is good for human health
30:03and for the mind.
30:05It is blessed.
30:07It is mentioned about Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar
30:09that he used to take
30:11the incense of saffron.
30:13So, this is better than
30:15the medical point of view.
30:17But there is no Shariah in this.
30:19That is, if you light the Agarbatti in the morning
30:21and it does not face any
30:23business problems,
30:25it will do fraud all day.
30:27So, what is the benefit of lighting the Agarbatti?
30:29The real thing is not to get blessings
30:31from Agarbatti.
30:33The real thing is that you learn religion.
30:35The business you are doing,
30:37the shop you are running,
30:39the way you are doing a job,
30:41the business you are doing,
30:43get important information about it
30:45that Allah and His Messenger
30:47are instructing you to follow.
30:49If you ignore
30:51that instruction,
30:53if you are negligent,
30:55then your Halal will become Haram.
30:57And when Haram reaches the stomach of the wife and children,
30:59then there will be unhappiness and unblessing
31:01in the house.
31:03Don't do this.
31:05Just give incense in the morning.
31:07Sometimes you will see people walking on the road.
31:09They put a little bit of incense in the shop
31:11and ask for money.
31:13We also give it to them.
31:15There will be no benefit in it.
31:17There is no such legal requirement.
31:19So, I am not saying it is unlawful to do this.
31:21It is okay if someone wants to do it.
31:23But to expect that after doing so much,
31:25Allah and His Messenger will be so pleased
31:27that I will do business
31:29in a wrong way,
31:31in an unlawful way,
31:33it will be forgiven.
31:35This is also a wrong idea.
31:37Religion is blessed by learning.
31:39It is said that sometimes we are left with pieces of bread.
31:41So, the mother says,
31:43Put it in the basket.
31:45And if we say no,
31:47she gets angry.
31:49If there are pieces of bread left,
31:51then do this.
31:53On the roof or in the courtyard,
31:55I will give you an advice.
31:57Take two clay plates.
31:59Put water in one.
32:01Break the pieces left in one
32:03and put it in it.
32:05Then the birds, crows,
32:07or pigeons will eat it.
32:09If it is left, don't throw it.
32:11Even if you put it and
32:13the ants pick it up and take it,
32:15there is a chance of it coming out.
32:17But it is not right to throw it in a dirty place.
32:19And the best is what we have advised you.
32:21The mother will not be angry.
32:23And the pieces will not be wasted.
32:25If your food is not made,
32:27let the animals eat it.
32:29He asked, Will more people go to heaven or hell?
32:31See, according to our knowledge,
32:33more people will go to hell.
32:35If 100 people come,
32:3799 will go to hell and 1 to heaven.
32:39There will be such situations.
32:41More people will go to hell.
32:43Someone said that we should do
32:45some worldly work so that
32:47people praise us.
32:49Even if it is a good intention.
32:51For example, we have learned a language.
32:53We have learned a skill.
32:55Apart from this,
32:57he said that we have learned
32:59some other work.
33:01If we do it, people will praise us.
33:03And it should not be a religious work.
33:05But if I do it,
33:07what will be the judgment?
33:09Will a person be a sinner?
33:11See, a sinner is in that situation
33:13that when that action
33:15from which it is required to get
33:17the pleasure of Allah,
33:19to show it to the creature,
33:21this is a ritual.
33:23Or after doing it,
33:25so that it becomes cash,
33:27people are impressed,
33:29I get space in the gatherings.
33:31So what is done to show,
33:33it is called Ria.
33:35So both Ria and cash are
33:37unlawful and unlawful.
33:39In other worldly matters,
33:41if a person is well-educated,
33:43so that people listen and say
33:45that it is great to collect degrees.
33:47Or as you said about the language,
33:49there is no harm in it,
33:51there is no aspect of sin.
33:53And even if it is a good intention
33:55to use it for religion,
33:57it is fine in time of need.
33:59Yes, when you use it for religion
34:01and it is purely beneficial to religion,
34:03and now it should be for the pleasure of Allah
34:05with sincerity.
34:07A brother said that
34:09Istighfar or Astaghfirullah
34:11Which of these two
34:13should I do a lot of?
34:15See you Astaghfirullah
34:17Astaghfirullah
34:19Astaghfirullah
34:21Astaghfirullah
34:23Astaghfirullah
34:25Astaghfirullah
34:27Astaghfirullah
34:29Astaghfirullah
34:31Ask for forgiveness and forgiveness
34:33Istighfar means asking
34:35for forgiveness and forgiveness
34:37Now your Istighfar
34:39means asking for forgiveness and forgiveness
34:41asking for forgiveness and forgiveness
34:43this is not the purpose
34:45of the second one,
34:47InshaAllah it will be a great blessing
34:49Now since the time of the program is over
34:51InshaAllah tomorrow at the same time
34:53I will have the honor to serve you again
34:55with respect.
34:57Don't give me permission
34:59May Allah grant you a great religious awareness
35:02And may you teach your future generations so much knowledge of religion
35:05That the devil can never overcome them even in the ignorance of the way
35:08Ameen
