00:00The story of Bundabust began 10 years ago.
00:04It was a romance that had been blossoming for years, beer and curry.
00:09When Bradford lad Maya Patel and his passion for Gujarati food met Marco Hussack,
00:15who had been running a bar, began chatting.
00:18They shared their issue of not finding somewhere that served good beer and good curry.
00:24This gave birth to Bundabust, an Indian street food haven
00:29with craft ales on tap and they even have their own brewery now,
00:34as well as premises in Manchester and Liverpool.
00:38They also theme a lot of their dishes.
00:41Bundabust designed an Indo-Chinese menu and now they'll fuse Indian and Mexican cuisine.
00:48Last month marked 10 years since their premises on Mill Hill launched.
00:55And it's gone from strength to strength, spice to spice, with their latest menu too much spicy.
