✍ ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-
For Gehu ki Bundi
* wheat flour ( गेहूं का आटा ) 1 Cup
* gram flour ( चने का बेसन ) 4 Tbsp
* water ( पानी )
* baking powder ( बेकिंग पाउडर ) ¼ tsp
for sugar syrup
* sugar ( चीनी ) 250 g
* water ( पानी ) 1 Cup
* cardamom ( इलायची ) 4 pcs
* lemon juice ( नींबू का रस ) 1 TBSP
* food colour ( खाने का रंग ) 1 pinch
For fry
* refined vegetable oil ( रिफाइंड तेल )

Method to MakeJalebi : ( In English )

Put one cup of wheat flour in a bowl.
Add 4 tsp gram flour to it and add water little by little to make batter.
Mix the quail for 5 minutes and keep it covered for 20 minutes.
To make syrup, put sugar in a pan, add water to it or let the sugar dissolve in water.
When the sugar dissolves, reduce the flame of the gas and keep stirring until the syrup becomes sticky.
When the syrup becomes sticky,
Put 4 pieces of cardamom.
Add 1 tsp lemon juice in that syrup.
Add food color to the bundi batter and add baking powder , and mix it well.
To filter the bundi, heat oil in a pan. After the oil is heated, keep the gas flame on medium.
Take a strainer with small holes and apply oil in it.
Take the batter with a spoon and pour it little by little on the sieve.
We will fry the bundi on the go, after frying, take it out from the oil.
We will put the bundi in the syrup and stir it, after that take out the bundi from the syrup and serve it on a plate.
