00:00Regarding the internal situation in Bangladesh, there are a few things that I can tell you.

00:09First, we have received confirmation that there is an Indonesian citizen who passed away

00:18in Bangladesh on 5 August 2024,

00:23while he was staying in a hotel that was on fire as a result of the riot.

00:32We have received a report that the person who passed away was affected by too much air pollution

00:42caused by the hotel's fire.

00:47Currently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has contacted the deceased's family

00:54and continues to do various things in order to facilitate the repatriation of the body.

01:00We also urge all Indonesian citizens who are in Bangladesh to continue to increase awareness,

01:07to avoid crowds and demonstrations, and to follow the contingency measures directed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
