00:00Before the witness, the high-grade marijuana in the parcel sent to Dasmariñas, Cavite was visited.

00:06In Pasay City, a Vietnamese national was arrested for selling or monitoring party drugs.

00:12Witness, Simeon Sumangi.

00:18Because some parcels that were sent to their office are being confiscated,

00:21a courier company in Dasmariñas, Cavite,

00:25in the PNP Drug Enforcement Group Special Operating Unit 4A,

00:29there, the authorities saw the contents of the parcels,

00:32vape cartridge, glass jar, black plastic, carton cup, and silver pouch,

00:37all containing high-grade marijuana.

00:40The authorities were looking for the person who sent the parcels,

00:42knowing the total weight and importance of the illegally confiscated drugs,

00:47while not believing the identity of the person who should be the recipient of the parcels.

00:57The NBI, Dangerous Drugs Division, intercepted the Vietnamese wanted for illegal drug trafficking.

01:03The operation was stopped after a foreign suspect sold an undercover NBI agent of some party drugs.

01:09This is also a rape drug.

01:12Because you won't remember anything that happened during the time you were under the influence of this drug.

02:06to find out who the owner of the drugs was.

02:10Approximately 48 grams of ketamine and 53 tablets of ecstasy tablets

02:19with an estimated street value of more than half a million.

02:25Since then, law enforcement agencies were out looking for this person.

02:31The suspect refused to give a statement.

02:35Another block of shabu was found on the coast of Barangay La Paz, Labag City, Ilocos Norte.

02:40In the BNP Crime Laboratory's examination,

02:42the weight of the shabu was about 115.66 grams.

02:47Its value was around 7.5 million pesos.

02:50It was wrapped in plastic and had a Chinese character written on it.

02:54It was also similar to what other citizens saw in Ilocos Sur and Cagayan.

02:58According to the police, a fish was seen while a tree was hanging on the coast.

03:03Possibly, a smuggler was arrested because of the bad weather.
