01:25Ma'am, on July 24, we were reported missing persons, two fishermen from St. Francis de May, Bataan.
01:40These are the people who went there despite our warning and travel advisory.
01:46But the good news is that with the help of the Philippine Coast Guard,
01:53our two fishermen were rescued and they were safely returned to the province of Bataan.
02:00Sir, how many families are still in evacuation centers until this time?
02:09As of now, ma'am, our affected families who are still inside the evacuation center are 1,313 families.
02:18And for the individuals who are inside, the actual number of individuals is less than 5,000.
02:27There are 4,000 plus individuals inside the evacuation center.
02:32The families and individuals who were rescued but did not go to the evacuation center are still assigned here.
02:41But those who were identified are still in our high locations or safe locations.
02:46And as of now, do you have an initial assessment of the residents, infrastructure in Bataan?
02:56When we initiated the damage assessment, before we declared the state of calamity,
03:04we have already reported agricultural and livestock damages.
03:10It reached Php50 to Php20 million.
03:14But right now, as time goes by, the damages are increasing.
03:20Right now, the reported damage is Php15 million.
03:23The damages we reported reached Php17 million.
03:27And we are looking for ways to increase it.
03:31Especially now that we have more validation because it rained and the floods have increased.
03:38How is the state helping the affected residents?
03:43Ma'am, as early as July 23, the stockpiling of relief goods and hygiene kits were delivered to the evacuation center.
04:00Our beloved Governor, Gov. Joe Eccles, was the one who visited our evacuation centers
04:08and made sure that with the help of our PSWD in coordination with the DSWDO,
04:13the relief goods, food packs, food and non-food items that are available will be delivered immediately.
