00:21Except for some places that are really high, near the Tuliahan River.

00:29The high tide aggravated the situation.

00:32The navigation gate here in Navotas was damaged.

00:35Some of our barangays were affected.

00:38That's why the water level was really high earlier.

00:41At the height of the high tide, around lunchtime.

00:44But tonight, the water level is already dropping.

00:48And the places that are flooded have also decreased.

00:53Mayor, are there still places that we should focus on?

00:56Maybe those that are permanently flooded.

01:03Yes, we are currently focusing on Tinajeros.
