Vasek Pospisil wants Murray on the Professional Tennis Players Association because of the values he represents
Transcript
00:00I really like Andy. I mean, he's been he was always so nice in locker room and and, you know,
00:05just a good guy. And I know that that's in previous years, especially I'd seen several
00:11quotes and articles and in the press where he'd spoken out about, you know, the importance of
00:18having independent player representation. So I obviously haven't spoken to him in a few years
00:23since the start of since the start of the PTA. And it's something that I definitely want to revisit
00:29because, as I said, when you really look under the hood and you you look past all the all the
00:35nonsense that's been spewed kind of as a counter argument to why the PTA shouldn't exist and why
00:42it's bad for tennis, and it's really all just nonsense. So I think if any, any reasonable
00:48person were to sit down and have a 30 minute conversation with with, you know, and listening
00:54and to the PTA and our side and from the horse's mouth, I would be, you know, shocked if someone
01:01were to leave that conversation and say, oh, that doesn't make sense. So to your point, I think it's
01:05I think it's a great idea. I'm gonna I'm gonna follow up with with Andy and some of these,
01:10you know, some of these big players that are there on their way out.
01:13And I think it'd be great to get their endorsement and get them involved.
