00:01:58they've got the individual players as the tournament goes on to be able to win it, but

00:02:02there's a thing about wanting to be compact in defence, we talk about compact in defence,

00:02:06they're so compact in attack which means that all the players are so close to each other

00:02:10to be able to combine and they're so patient in holding their positions in midfield, they

00:02:14don't drop back in and go out of position, it's an absolute brilliant performance that

00:02:18they've got out there from Spain.

00:02:19And Morata's a confidence player isn't he, so everything else that's good, if he can

00:02:23maintain this level, as I said three and three, then who knows where it might take them?

00:02:32this is his first start and he just looks sharp, he looks confident, this guy's a goal

00:02:37scorer, he's got a lot of experience, he's done it at big clubs, but he's just a box

00:02:42player, he's not looking to get too involved in possession, he knows how to score goals,

00:02:47he gets in front of the front post, he stays in between defenders, he's an out and out

00:02:53goal scorer and brings a different profile to the Spanish team.

00:03:13he gets his goals in the box, then when the ball drops down he shoots quickly, you saw

00:03:21that in the last game you see here, great run across the front post, but he's just disciplined

00:03:27in holding his position, great goal, but that goal has come from his positioning, he's just

00:03:33moving in around the box and he's disciplined out of position.

00:03:38When you see Spain build up, he stays high, he's not interested in getting involved, there's

00:03:43so many false nines now, the modern game, that you drop deep, Harry Kane drops deep,

00:03:48tries to get involved, Morata will stay high and he gets his goals in the box.

00:03:52What Morata's doing in staying high with the old Mo and Williams is pinning back there,

00:03:56back five with three players, which is giving Spain then the overload in the other positions

00:03:59on the pitch and that's what they're trying to do, it's what the Spanish have always tried

00:07:27last 50 minutes, then I believe they will.
