00:00I, Anna Earnshaw, being the Acting Returning Officer of the above election, do hereby give notice that the number of votes recorded for each candidate in said election is as follows.

01:14We voted more than one candidate at 30 papers, one where not one vote could be identified, and unmarked or wholly void, 156.
01:23There were 53,882 votes at a 68.87% turnout, and I do hereby declare that Sarah Ball is duly elected.

01:49But firstly, I'd like to just thank the returning officer, the police, my agent and staff for running a very fair and free election.

02:06My motto has always been to disagree agreeably, and we definitely did do that during the whole process, so thank you all very much for that.
