00:00The strengthening of the Philippine-Japan alliance in the midst of the tensions in the West Philippine Sea is even more important.

00:23one of the countries with the strongest alliance now is the Philippines.

00:27AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo Browner said that the Philippine soldiers and the military of Japan have one important goal.

02:18Japan is concerned by unlawful maritime claims and steadfastly opposes the dangerous and coercive use of coast guards and maritime militia vessels in the South China Sea.

02:32This statement by Japan was first made by China because they are aware of Japan's actions and are concerned about the tension in the region.

02:43It is only natural for Japan to express serious concern if and when China's behavior in the South China Sea is dangerous and aggressive.

02:55The Chinese Embassy in the Philippines has yet to respond to the statement by the Japanese Embassy.

03:01But the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines has already said that the Philippines and China have reached an agreement

03:07that will continue the peaceful talks to reach an agreement and avoid chaos in the Aegean Sea and the West Philippine Sea.

03:17On Monday, the two-plus-two meeting will be held between the foreign affairs and defense ministers of Japan and the Philippines.

03:25The meeting will discuss the RAA and the additional defense and security equipment that Japan will provide to the Philippines under the Official Security Assistance or OSA.
