00:00Every dollar that is expended to protect an incumbent member of of our Congress
00:22in a Democratic plus 8 plus 10 plus 20 district is a dollar that can't be
00:27spent securing the majority so in that sense you know there are there are
00:34impacts but I'll tell you our our focus is on making Hakeem Jeffries the speaker
00:39you you guys have heard me say this over and over you know I've nominated Hakeem
00:4412 times like no one is more committed to making this happen and so that's
00:49where our energy and our focus is is going to be raising the resources and
00:53helping our members to secure 218 votes for Hakeem next January that'll continue
00:58to be the focus sure we are absolutely united against the chaos dysfunction and
01:07extremism that we've seen from House Republicans and we are united to make
01:12sure that we take back the majority in districts all across the country there
01:16couldn't be a stronger contrast we have great candidates and incumbents running
01:20all across the country and the difference between us standing up for
01:25rights and freedoms and democracy and the future of our country versus the
01:29extremism of Republicans couldn't be more clear
