00:19The suspended Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo and Guo Huaping is one person, according to the NBI.

00:30When we checked, the fingerprint of Guo Huaping, Yi Lin, and compared it with what was taken in 2006,

00:42and the fingerprint impression of Guo or Alice, Yi Lin, we found it to be similar, the same, one and the same person.

00:54Guo Huaping, the Chinese national who arrived in the Philippines on January 12, 2003,

01:00was sent by the NBI to the Senate for their findings.

01:04Fingerprint, dactyloscopy, is an infallible science of identification.

01:09No two persons, even twins, will have the same fingerprints.

01:14This is conclusive.

01:16In the court, there are no two people in the whole world who have the same fingerprints.

01:23According to Senator Riza Ontiveros,

01:25it is proven that Mayor Guo is a Chinese national who pretends to be Filipino

01:31and made up stories to incite crimes related to the Pogos.

01:36This is an insult to the voters in Bamban and government institutions and later Filipinos.

01:43Ontiveros called on the Solicitor General to expedite the filing of the co-warrant case against Guo

01:49so that he can be removed from office.

01:51Guo should also be held accountable for the crimes of his Pogos hub.

01:56The Solicitor General, Menardo Guevara, said that there is a so-called breakthrough in the NBI findings.

02:02Because of this, they will expedite the filing of the case.

02:05Mayor Guo is trying to get a reaction from the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission

02:11on the possible involvement of criminals and triad groups from China in the Pogo hub in the Philippines.

02:30Mayor Alice certainly likes having friends in high places.

02:52We are still trying to get a reaction from the former President.

02:56As for the allegation of identity theft,

02:59Guo's lawyer said that they will answer this in the right forum.

03:03There is no evidence yet to be presented for now.
