00:00Sit or lay so the soles of your feet are touching the ground.
00:05Having your feet planted on the floor will help you feel grounded and less anxious.
00:14Notice your breath.
00:17Allowing it to become slow and gentle.
00:30And start to relax your hands, unfurling your fingers.
00:41Relaxing the back of your neck.
00:48And the tops of your shoulders.
00:53Letting go of more muscle tension with each out breath.
01:00Notice when you breathe in, how your chest fills up, your belly expands, and as you exhale, the belly relaxes and the chest falls back.
01:30Take three more breaths, focused on the belly and chest rising and falling.

02:15From your feet to your head, mentally scan your entire body and when you feel some tension, purposefully try to let go of the hold on your muscles.
