Wolverhampton Arts Festival on its way.

Framers Gallery, the organisers of Wolverhampton Arts Fest want the word out, the arts fest is back for 2024 with a host of entertainment coming.

00:00yes the Mona Lisa is here in Wolverhampton although we can tell it's

00:04not the real one in part because she's smiling how you doing guys you okay so

00:10we're here at framers gallery Wolverhampton and you're getting ready

00:14for a quite a special festival the Wolves Arts Fest just fill us in on who

00:19you are where we are what's going on what's coming up give us all the low

00:22down July the 6th and 7th so it's not the weekend coming but the weekend after

00:30it starts at 10 in the morning finishes at 4 in the afternoon we've got a host

00:35of entertainment from and local artists performing for us and we've got quite a

00:42lot of artists to draw drawing and painting and demonstrating their works

00:46on the day cool they are for sale so then the venue is a Victoria Street and

00:53the Manda Center fantastic fantastic weekend full of lots that lots of things

00:58to do lots of things to see so Paula and Mona what's what sort of stuff there

01:08what sort of entertainment we get in so we're obviously gonna have artists

01:13there are local artists there's also going to be workshops throughout the

01:18days free workshops for everyone to join in some of them drawing some of them

01:22painting some of them and there's an artist that does books for kids and is

01:27doing like a workshops with children yeah and there's gonna be live

01:30performances by local artists lots of them local dance schools and some

01:38singers we've got Ryan Evans quite a well-known singer so there'll be a lot

01:44going on throughout the weekend yeah I know Ryan Evans for those who haven't

01:48seen him before me he's fantastic actually he's a great great live

01:51performer he was he was here last year actually for the festival yeah everyone

01:55loved him so much we decided to get him back and it was really good last year as

01:59well we had just somebody who piped up in the crowd yeah telling us that he'd

02:05been working on the recently renovated street so he joined in and stood on the

02:10stage and took part so fantastic and this is all about just bringing bringing

02:15the communities together bringing some life and some vibrancy to the street of

02:19Wolverhampton yeah so we should give a shout I mean this is the framers gallery

02:29on the Cleveland Street Worcester Street on the corner yeah yes and and you guys

02:34are the force behind it then yeah you guys yeah so this time it's a well-oiled

02:43machine it's just dead easy to put together I'm sure no stress at all I'm

02:48sure I mean we have to say that we've still got spaces available if anybody

02:53should want to come on board and join us for that weekend yeah so just go on the
