00:00Okay then Charlie, can you tell me a bit about the Travel Tracker initiative here at the
00:21school?
00:22Um, Travel Tracker is all about walking to school or trying to like scooter or bike so
00:29the gas doesn't hurt the planet more and you also have more habitats for the animals.
00:34And Rosa, how have you been coming to school then?
00:36Um, I've been walking and stuff.
00:38Why is it important we look for alternatives to coming in cars?
00:41Why is that important?
00:42Because it's not, it's good for your mental and physical health and it's not very good
00:46for the wildlife and the climate change.
00:50Okay, I understand you've also been creating a school orchard, you've been creating flower
00:54beds, planting vegetables, that sort of thing in the school garden.
00:57Why is that important do you think?
00:59Why is it important that we plant trees, we plant vegetables, we plant flowers?
01:02Why is that important Charlie?
01:04It's because, um, so we've got more food for the school for plants and we've got more oxygen
01:11for the people.
01:14And as well as people, what else is it going to help?
01:18What do you think Rosa, what's it going to help?
01:20The animals and bees and birds.
01:24And what sort of things did you plant?
01:26Carrots and turnips and pumpkins.
01:29What about you Charlie?
01:31We are planting carrots, but we've been planting trees and flowers, turnips.
01:36And was it lots of fun?
01:37Yes.
