00:18the GMA Kapuso Foundation has an early gift.

00:21A farmer's life is a blessing.

00:28He has no rice to feed his family.

00:33Just like Sonny Boy,

00:35in order to feed his family, he has to borrow money from the Sari-Sari store.

00:41He was hoping to earn a thousand pesos per sack of rice.

00:47But because of the recent El Nino, his crops died.

00:53We cannot buy rice anymore.

00:56It dies because of the heat.

00:59Just like the rice we grow, it dies because of the lack of water.

01:06Even though his body is aching,

01:09he is still able to support his children's education.

01:14Now that Fathers' Day is coming,

01:16and as part of Prostate Cancer Awareness Month,

01:21the GMA Kapuso Foundation has visited Bais in Negros Oriental

01:26to conduct a free prostate antigen test,

01:29digital rectal examination,

01:32and urinalysis for more than 100 fathers.

01:36The test that we are doing is mainly for physical examination.

01:41We first look at the prostate if it is full.

01:44We see the prostate if there is a bump or if there is a problem.

01:49Though PSA is prostate-specific, it is not cancer-specific.

01:53So it increases if there is a UTI tire,

01:57if our prostate is big.

01:59We also gave food packs, hygiene kits, clothes, and pants.

02:03This is going to be a first in the drive of the urologist

02:09or the Filipino Urological Association

02:11to extend their services into the mountainous regions.
