01:21the court of appeals of Timor-Leste said that Tevez is renting a house with his wife and children,

01:28and earns a monthly income of almost Php900,000 as a partner in construction.

01:35The court ordered that Tevez has economic capacity to leave Timor-Leste.

01:41However, this will be obligated by their law to stay at home.

01:44That's why the court ordered him to be house-arrested while he is facing an extradition case.
