Malaysia has requested Singapore to consider sending teachers to help with teaching English and other subjects, particularly in specific regions of the country.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim made this request during discussions with visiting Singaporean counterpart Lawrence Wong on Wednesday (June 12).
