After attending a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on the sovereignty issues of Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge on June 12), former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad dismissed claims by Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob that there could be negligence on Mahathir's part in the handling of the issues in 2018.
