00:00The Mayor of Porac, Pampanga has spoken about the discovery of the biggest illegal pogo in the country.

00:10From Porac, Pampanga, we have Jonathan Andal on the spot, exclusive.

00:20Connie, he is not a protector of pogo.

00:23That is the defense of Mayor Jaime Capil of Porac, Pampanga this morning.

00:28After discovering here in their town, the biggest pogo compound that was discussed by the authorities

00:35because it is said to be included in human trafficking, torture, scam and prostitution.

00:42Earlier in the flag-raising ceremony in the municipality, Mayor Capil said that

00:47in 2024, they did not give a local permit to Lucky South 99 that operates the so-called pogo compound

00:54because it violates the regulations of the BFP or Bureau of Fire Protection.

00:59If he is a pogo protector, he should be charged with the simple violation of the BFP.

01:05As a mayor, he does not own the land where the pogo compound is being built.

01:10Before he became mayor, it was already built.

01:13There was no complaint about the so-called pogo.

01:16If there was, he might have asked for a search warrant himself to catch those inside.

01:21This May 3, they inspected the inside of the pogo compound but they were not allowed to enter.

01:33The mayor called on the residents of Porac not to believe the fake news.

03:09Arrested in Marawi, Lanao del Sur is a commander of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front.

03:15Joby Sangila was arrested along with his allies Joby, Najieb Ongas Sangila and Commander Wahab Gara

03:22in the operation in Bargay Tuka.

03:24According to PNP-CIDG, he is a member of the 102nd Guerrilla Base Command of the Moro Islamic Armed Forces of the MILF.

03:32He is also one of the most wanted persons because of their crimes and there is a fine of up to 1.3 million pesos.

03:40He is now imprisoned in the detention facility of the province. He has no home.

03:45Breaking news from Qibungan, Benguet. More than P100,000 worth of marijuana seedlings were burned.

03:55These were discovered in two marijuana plantations in Sitio Banah in Barangay Takadang.

04:01No one was arrested in the operation. The authorities will conduct a follow-up operation.

04:08In La Trinidad, two marijuana plants were found on the side of the road in Lamut Road.

04:14According to the La Trinidad Police, they will conduct a patrol of the area where the plantations are located.

04:22The authorities received more than P3 million worth of marijuana stocks.

04:28The investigation is ongoing.
