00:00 I can give you if you want, it's good. We've just decided this afternoon to make a final investment decision.
00:05 So that means that as soon as the development applications are through council, then activity can commence.
00:12 Our current projections would be that we would hope for a trimester 1 2026 start.
00:21 We're a little bit like farmers, if we miss the sowing date, we have to wait for the next season as it were.
00:27 We'll certainly be there by all planning now by the middle of 2026, but we'd love to be there at the beginning of 2026 for obvious reasons.
00:36 That's our first intake time. So the middle of 2026 our forecast is that the doors will be open and then 2027 beginning would be the first beginning intake.
00:52 It's important to be a very thoughtful and properly engaged process rather than the university's unilateral declaration.
00:59 That said, what are some of the simple obvious things? We will be building nursing and therapy simulation laboratories and rooms here.
01:07 So there's a very clear signal that we would expect to be educating nurses here.
01:12 So that's an infrastructure course offering linkage that's very clear.
01:17 There are some very obvious things here. There's a lot of large animals in this town. There is a big food processing industry in this town.
01:24 There's huge logistics that go with that. So there are some things that come to the fore very quickly.
