00:02 - Yo, I'm Jaden.
00:12 Welcome to my mind massage.
00:15 I'm gonna take you on a sound journey
00:18 using some of my favorite things.
00:21 (chewing)
00:23 (chewing)
00:25 (slurping)
00:27 (slurping)
00:32 (rattling)
00:37 (swooshing)
00:43 This is Dr. Pepper.
00:47 (crunching)
00:51 (crunching)
00:53 (tapping)
00:55 Let's open it up.
01:01 (cracking)
01:04 I know that felt good.
01:10 Oh.
01:16 It's real good, brother.
01:21 (sizzling)
01:24 (knocking)
01:32 Let's have a sip.
01:33 (slurping)
01:37 Wow, funny enough, I'm from the South,
01:41 and Dr. Pepper's a really big thing in the South.
01:44 Born in Dallas, Texas, moved to Tennessee,
01:48 so both very Southern.
01:51 I think that the Southern charm and Southern kindness
01:55 is a very good tool to use in any industry that you're in.
02:00 So, next time you see someone,
02:03 maybe throw a thank you at 'em,
02:05 or a hello, sir, or sir, s, my lady.
02:09 (slurping)
02:12 Ah, and try some delicious Dr. Pepper.
02:15 I know I wanted to sing when I saw Never Say Never,
02:18 Justin Bieber's movie/documentary when I was like nine.
02:23 I thought we had similar traits as a child,
02:26 so I latched onto that pretty quickly,
02:29 and I fell in love with singing because of that.
02:31 When I knew I wanted to be a musician
02:33 was when I saw Juice WRLD, probably 10 years later,
02:37 at my first concert, and it was a euphoric moment.
02:42 (tapping)
02:45 (slurping)
02:47 Ah, I find a lot of musical inspiration
02:51 in the people around me,
02:54 not even just people that I look up to,
02:56 but like my roommate, one of my best friends,
03:01 one of my best friends that passed away,
03:03 they're very big musical inspirations for me
03:06 because they listen to artists that are very underground,
03:10 and I think artists who are very underground
03:13 have a lot more knowledge than people give them credit for
03:16 because they're basing their art off of the feeling,
03:19 not off of what works.
03:21 If I could describe my music
03:25 to someone who's never heard it,
03:27 first album, I feel like I sound like the 2020,
03:32 2021 version of like what pop music,
03:37 pop punk music would be.
03:38 Now, my second album,
03:40 I think I have a much more mature sound,
03:42 so I don't know what I would tell them.
03:44 I would just tell them to listen,
03:46 and then come back and let me know.
03:48 The inspiration behind my single "What The Hell"
03:51 actually came like two and a half years ago.
03:54 I made that song quite a bit ago,
03:58 and I really think that I've just (beep) up
04:01 so many times in my life,
04:03 it has kind of become a recurring issue.
04:06 At that time, it was a recurring issue,
04:08 and I wanted to let people know that I also know,
04:12 like, damn, what the hell did I do now?
04:15 But two years later,
04:17 I just wanted to put it out for my fans
04:19 'cause they really wanted it.
04:21 If I could work with any artist that are alive,
04:24 definitely Juice WRLD or X
04:29 'cause they were kind of the reason I started.
04:31 Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra.
04:34 I love them.
04:36 I think they would love me.
04:38 (blowing)
04:41 Nice leather.
04:43 (blowing)
04:50 That felt transcendent.
05:07 (blowing)
05:09 It's like you're opening up to a new world.
05:11 (blowing)
05:13 What more could you ask for?
05:17 My most played song on my phone right now
05:21 would have to be "Wake Up" by Phreak.
05:25 He's a metal artist.
05:26 He's a really nice guy.
05:27 I burped.
05:29 Forgive me.
05:30 Sorry.
05:32 And if I had to listen to one genre of music
05:35 for the rest of my life, what would it be and why?
05:37 I think I'm choosing island music.
05:42 Like music from the Caribbean or, you know.
05:45 I've always found a certain attraction
05:51 towards island music and dancing.
05:53 I think that YG Marley's recent song,
05:56 "Praise Jah in the Moonlight" really sealed the deal for me.
05:59 So contrary to most people's opinion,
06:02 I think I would choose island music.
06:04 Like a little reggaeton, you know what I'm saying?
06:07 (tapping)
06:09 Any fictional character, really hard choice.
06:13 Either "Verb" from Phineas and Ferb,
06:17 'cause he never talks, he doesn't need to.
06:19 I feel like talking gets me in a lot of trouble.
06:22 Or, no, "Verb" is obviously the correct answer.
06:26 I'm gonna have to go with "Verb."
06:28 If I could have one super powerful entity, easy.
06:31 There's obviously one answer.
06:32 I'm choosing two.
06:34 Fly, the only correct answer, obviously.
06:38 No one will catch me, it's impossible.
06:42 Even people who teleport,
06:43 you can't just teleport in the air, you would fall.
06:45 I can fly, I can maneuver quite nicely, some would say.
06:50 If I could only eat one meal for the rest of my life,
06:53 I would probably have to say fried chicken.
07:02 My astrological sign here is Aquarius.
07:07 And I thought Aquarius was a water sign
07:11 because that makes a lot of sense,
07:13 but apparently it's not, it's an air sign.
07:16 I think I am a Leo rising.
07:20 No, I'm a Leo moon in a Taurus rising.
07:23 Every time I tell people that, they're like,
07:26 I don't really know what that means,
07:28 but all the girls out here in LA do, so.
07:31 (candy crunching)
07:34 (dramatic music)
07:37 These are grapes.
07:39 I wonder if you can hear.
07:43 (candy crunching)
07:49 Straight from heroin.
07:57 (candy crunching)
08:00 If I was on a desert island,
08:09 what three things would I bring?
08:10 A little squirted out, I'm sorry.
08:15 A boat, obviously.
08:19 Fuel.
08:20 And the Da Vinci code.
08:22 (heart beating)
08:26 (laughing)
08:28 I think that I would do well with
08:30 probably like a flying squirrel of sorts.
08:34 You know, something that could take care of itself.
08:38 Something easy.
08:39 If I could have any other career for a day,
08:41 what would it be and why?
08:43 I'd probably work at In-N-Out.
08:45 Every time you drive past the drive-thru,
08:47 they're just working so diligently, you know?
08:49 Very little chit-chat.
08:50 They're just in there to do their job.
08:52 Fresh food, fresh meats, fresh bread,
08:54 fresh potatoes.
08:55 It's a great place to live.
08:57 I didn't work.
08:58 I know this seems like I'm exaggerating,
09:00 but I think about it sometimes.
09:02 I'm like, there's just something so simple
09:05 about In-N-Out.
09:07 And they feel like a family, you know?
09:09 They feel like they care about each other,
09:10 but I guess we'll never know.
09:13 (air whooshing)
09:24 This is a daily prepare moisturizing lotion.
09:27 So daily means everyday.
09:29 Take this everyday.
09:30 (tapping)
09:33 (tapping)
09:40 (tapping)
09:46 Now we're gonna squirt.
09:53 (tapping)
09:55 Might've done a little too much.
09:58 (squirting)
10:00 (squirting)
10:02 (squirting)
10:04 (squirting)
10:07 (squirting)
10:09 (squirting)
10:12 (squirting)
10:14 (squirting)
10:16 (squirting)
10:19 (squirting)
10:21 (squirting)
10:23 You need to moisturize.
10:24 It's good for you guys.
10:26 No one likes a pasty dry skin.
10:29 If I could switch lives with anyone for one day,
10:32 who would it be?
10:33 Steve Irwin's son.
10:35 He's just carrying a legacy.
10:38 You know, I'd really like to be a part of that.
10:40 He seems to have a way with animals.
10:41 So, you know, I'd like to experience that side of the world.
10:45 Down Under.
10:48 My favorite way to spend a lazy Sunday.
10:54 You know, I wake up, I walk out my bedroom,
10:58 you know, I go into my roommate's room
11:00 and I just bug him for the nearest nicotine,
11:04 whether it be a cigarette or a vape, you know.
11:06 I hate to admit it, but it's very important to me.
11:11 I don't know, I really, if it's a lazy day,
11:13 then anything goes, you know.
11:15 So I like to lounge around, you know,
11:17 try to view outfits.
11:20 Though mainly I just, mainly me and my roommate
11:23 just make a bunch of music.
11:25 We like taking type beats off of YouTube
11:28 and making songs to them,
11:30 'cause no one ever uses type beats anymore
11:32 and they're awesome.
11:33 Best self-love advice?
11:34 Well, ladies and gentlemen,
11:36 I'm still trying to figure that one out.
11:38 No, I think that surrounding yourself
11:43 with people that love you more than you do,
11:46 even sometimes, is a great way to pull yourself
11:49 out of a rut that life puts you in, you know.
11:52 It's really hard to love yourself
11:54 when no one around you loves you either.
11:55 So that's what I would say.
11:58 Small circle, small circle of trust.
12:01 Thank you so much for coming to my mind massage.
12:06 Make sure to check out my next single,
12:11 "What the Hell" in my album, "When the Music Stops."
12:14 Coming this June, eat your grapes.
12:20 Dogs can't have grapes, don't give them grapes.
12:22 (electronic beeping)
