00:02 Past the family farms, tucked away in Sandeston, New Jersey,
00:05 is a residence like no other.
00:07 Named after a tiny amusement park outside of Rome, Italy,
00:12 Luna Park is more than a home.
00:15 The curated spot is a creative expression
00:17 as unique as its owner, Ricky Boscarino.
00:20 - Welcome to Luna Park, my home, my studio,
00:22 and my greatest obsession.
00:24 But come on in, I'll give you a tour.
00:26 - Upon arrival, guests are greeted
00:28 by a collection of Ricky's artifacts.
00:30 From top to bottom, it's not simply a home,
00:32 it's a museum of self-expression.
00:34 After purchasing a dilapidated cabin in the summer of 1989,
00:41 Boscarino immediately began expanding the tiny home
00:44 into a 5,000 square foot residence.
00:47 - I spent that first night here
00:49 ripping out all the things in the house,
00:51 and it has not stopped for 32 years.
00:54 - Born into a lineage of artists,
00:57 collector and world traveler,
00:59 Boscarino has continued the family legacy.
01:01 His favorite medium?
01:03 Mosaic art.
01:04 - More than 75% of the entire house,
01:07 inside and out, is covered with mosaics.
