00:34 Gumamit lang kami ng mga brown accent atsaka green accent para magkaroon ng konting contrast.
00:41 Our lot area is 96 square meters and the floor area of the house is 138 square meters.
00:54 So nakatira kami ay sa mother's side or kinamami sa mother ni Leila.
01:01 So meron kaming sariling kwarto lang for our own space pero syempre kasama namin yung parents ko
01:08 and nangarap kami na magkaroon din yung sarili naming house for ourselves.
01:14 So dito sa right side natin we have 55 inches TV.
01:18 So prefer namin gumamit ng floating board para kasi hindi messy doon sa ilalim kung gagamit pa tayo nung may mga paa.
01:27 Then we are using brown or nearly beige carpet here.

01:37 So dito kami tumatambay kapag meron kaming free time, kapag manunood ng movie.
01:47 Kasi dito lang sa part ng bahay namin na ito merong TV kasi sa taas wala kaming TV for now.

02:18 So gusto talaga namin yung gantong idea ng bahay kasi medyo presko, mas maganda yung ventilation.
02:25 So by the way guys, ang split level for your information, iba-iba lang yung level of elevation inside the house.
02:33 So babe, itur mo naman sila sa first level ng bahay natin.
02:36 Okay, so let's go to our dining area.
02:39 So this is our dining area.
02:42 As you can see, bumaba ako from our living area to this dining area.
02:48 It's because we want to separate the space kasi itong dining namin is mas gamit siya.
02:55 Kapag pumunta ang friends namin and families, so dito kami nagsasalibate.

03:02 Pag nandito ka sa dining, e iba din yung mood na sineset namin kapag nandun ka sa aming living area.
03:09 Coming from the dining area, let's go to my favorite part of the house.
03:17 I call this my own little cafe or the breakfast nook.
03:22 So dito kami usually kumakain in the morning.

04:07 Now moving on to this area, this is our kitchen.
04:15 So as you can see, ang design ng kitchen namin is also very minimalist.
04:20 Ang pinili namin color sa kitchen is white para mas clean looking.
04:26 And then yung lights kasi namin is we chose very warm light lang para mas maganda yung effect nya
04:34 pag natamaan ng ino yung aming white na color sa kitchen.
04:37 At the same time, it is very organized kasi marami syang mga storage dito sa kitchen.
04:46 Meron syang sa taas, meron din syang sa baba.
04:49 We wanna keep it clean and organized.
04:52 So yung mga equipment namin we wanna make sure na nakatago din sya para hindi sya kita dito sa ibabaw.
05:00 Also, we have our exhaust and we also have the stove and the sink.
05:08 So it's a complete working kitchen.
05:11 If you need more exhaust, we have here in the side, may mga windows for additional exhaust.
05:17 So you can open the windows and close the windows.
05:22 And lastly, I added some lights here in our side portion of the kitchen to add some accent dito sa aming kitchen.
05:34 So I like the lights. Kahit hindi ako marunong magluto, every time I see my kitchen, nai-inspire ako to cook.
05:41 And at the same time, masarap yung feeling na meron kang sariling kitchen na pupuntahan if ever or whenever you need it.
05:49 Punta naman tayo sa aming powder area.
05:52 So here is our common toilet and bath.
05:57 Sa loob, wala syang sink.
05:59 So we decided to put the sink outside.
06:02 It's because pag meron kaming guest or meron kaming mga bisita, hindi sila mag-aagawan ng space.
06:08 We have a separate space if gusto mo lang mag-hugas ang kamay or kung may gagamit naman sa aming toilet and bath, hindi sila nag-aagawan ng space.
06:17 Another thing about our powder area, it also has storage.
06:21 Sa baba naman is where we put our slippers and shoes.
06:25 So actually, during 2020, nag-scout din kami ng mga subdivisions.
06:32 Maraming din kami napuntahan ng mga subdivisions para tumingin ng lot.
06:36 Pero nung nakita namin itong space na 'to, parang na-feel namin na ito na 'yon.
06:41 Since accessible siya, malapit siya sa main road, at the same time accessible if we're going to Manila, going north, medyo mas malapit siya.
06:51 Actually kasi our house is under pag-ibigloon.
06:54 So we wanna make sure na we are following the time frame of the house.
06:59 So it took us about, I think, five to six months to complete the house.

07:06 Pag hindi natapos ni contractor dun sa dineclare nilang time frame, magbabayan po si borrower.

07:22 So welcome to our bedroom.
07:30 At this side, we have a queen-size mattress.
07:34 So dito sa room namin, we don't have any television or any source of entertainment because this is intended for relaxation.
07:42 And at the same time, kailangan namin ng mas magandang tulog.
07:46 That's why hindi kami naglagay ng any TV.
07:49 And as you can see, we still use white paint dito sa loob ng room.
07:54 But we wanna make sure na ang mga furnitures niya and mga gamit dito sa loob ng room is medya darker.
08:01 We use a darker shade of brown.
08:03 And at this side, this is my own mini walk-in closet.
08:09 So nung pagkabata ko kasi, pangarap ko kasi na magkaroon talaga ng walk-in closet.
08:14 So even though we have a small space here in our house, I told my architect na gusto ko talaga ng walk-in closet.
08:21 So talagang pinush namin na magkaroon na ka ng mini walk-in closet in my house.
08:26 So this one naman is our personal CR.
08:29 So it's also very minimalist because white lang din yung ginamit namin dito.
08:34 Dito sa design namin, ang naging ginik ay nilagay namin yung handan sa mismong ditna ng bahay.
08:42 Very spacious, sobrang taas ng ceilings.
08:45 Pag may mga dinadala kaming bisita, especially relatives or commenting,
08:49 "Ang laki naman ng space ng house nyo. Sayang daw sa space."
08:54 So dapat daw may kwarto pa or dapat nakapag-build pa kami ng another room.
08:59 But for me kasi, this is the type of house na gusto namin and we feel comfortable living in.
09:05 So in this area is where you appreciate having a high ceiling.
09:13 So pag nandito ka, you can see the first level and the second level of the house.
09:18 So the magic of having a split level love house is despite of separation in each areas, there's still connections.
09:28 So moving on, babe, busy ka ba? Can you tell us about your area?
09:34 Ayan guys, hello, welcome again.
09:37 So kung si Leila ay mayroong walk-in closet, mayro naman ako dito ang tinatawag na mankey.
09:44 Ito lang yung nag-iisang area sa bahay na medyo darker yung color.
09:49 We call it puritan black.
09:51 So makikita nyo dito, may desktop or gaming setup.
09:55 Ginagamit ko siya sa work, ginagamit ko siya sa gaming, and sometimes I do streaming, may mga online games.
10:03 Makikita nyo yung aking Yamaha MX49 na keyboard.
10:08 So ginagamit ko siya to produce music, mayro n kaming mga composition na nasa online platform na.
10:15 So ayun, makikita nyo rin dito na gumamit ako ng parang mat na graden.
10:21 Tapos ang maganda dito sa area ko, sa area namin, instead na masayang yung space, makikita nyo rin dito sa baba, ayan, pakita ko sa inyo.
10:31 Mayroon siyang another storage, katulad nung ginawa namin dun sa harap ng bahay.
10:36 Ang idea kasi ay every part of the house should be functional.
10:41 So kanina napakita na ni Leila yung ating first room, pakita ko naman yung aming second room.
10:52 Ayan guys, so this is the second room.
10:55 So as you can see, ginagawa muna namin siyang workout area or gym area, habang hindi pa ginagamit.
11:02 And hopefully, pagdumating na si Baby, ito yung room na gagawin namin kuwarto niya.
11:07 Overall, kasama yung lot and the house construction, it's approximately 2.5 million.
11:17 Pagdumating na si Baby, itong area dito sa harap ay tataklo ba namin siya ng bookshelves.
11:23 Ayan, isa yun sa mga future plan.
11:25 Yung veranda sa likod, original kasi design nun ay swimming pool.
11:31 Kung kakayanin, why not? Pero kung hindi naman, okay na siya for now.
11:36 My advice is you need to find a good partner or you need to find a good lifetime partner also before building your dream home.
11:50 Laging yung papakinggan yung side ng bawat isa.
11:54 Hindi pwede yung isa lang yung masusunod, hindi pwede yung hindi papakinggan yung isa.
