00:20So, yung White Hat comes from the idea na
00:24the structure is color white,
00:26and then yung bubong namin is made from anahaw.
00:29Love ko talaga ang beach vibe.
00:32Pero since we live in a city,
00:34tapos hindi kami madalas nakaka-travel,
00:38nakaka-alis,
00:39we want to experience yung beach vibe
00:42within our place na.
00:44So, yun yung naging inspiration ko.
00:48The villa, so I designed it
00:50with the purpose na our visitors coming sa resort,
00:54they would have different options.
00:56So, I designed this villa
00:58to cater for smaller groups.
01:00So, yung other houses ng mga kapatid ko,
01:03so they have different theme like the farmhouse,
01:06which can cater a medium-sized group,
01:08the windmill for a larger group.
01:10So, the windmill house is for the family sana na
01:14as a vacation.
01:15Kasi since it was a pandemic,
01:19yung mga kids namin,
01:20we were looking for a place that
01:22they can go run around,
01:24do some activities.
01:25And later on,
01:26naging business na namin siya.
01:28Ginawa namin siya para doon sa
01:30daughter talaga namin, na bunso.
01:33Kasi gustong-gusto niya kasi yung castle.
01:35Gusto nung daughter namin siya si
01:38Rapunzel na ibababa niya yung buhok niya.
01:41Nagpagawa kami kay architect ng design,
01:44tapos parang naisip namin parang kulang.
01:47So, nag-isip kami ni Arian,
01:49wherein nakita namin yung mga designs ng windmill.
01:53And then, yun.
01:54In-integrate lang namin yung design ni architect
01:57and yung mga suggestion namin.
01:59But then, she still call it her castle.
02:04From the time na nagsabi si mommy na
02:07pwede na kami magpag-build ng house
02:10para sa resort,
02:12actually si Barbie, yung farmhouse,
02:15yung talagang nag-push siya amin
02:17na magpagawa ng sarili naming farmhouse.
02:20Bali, itong farm,
02:21pinamanan na sa amin ni mommy yung half
02:24sa aming mga magkakapatid.
02:26Yun, hinati-hati niya na din.
02:27Nag-decide kami magtayon itong farmhouse.

05:33they both have the private mini pool.
05:37Yung windmill house,
05:39then yung white hat villa,

05:41kasi nga yung mga kapatid namin,
05:43pag pumupunta sila dito sa farmhouse,
05:45parang nare-relax talaga sila,
05:47and parang naisip nila,
05:48why not magtayo na din sila
05:50ng mga bahay nila dyan.
05:53Yung mga ideas namin,
05:54nung pinag-usapan namin,
05:56ah, tama-tama,
05:57nag-align siya agad.
05:58Parang walang overlapping of ideas kami.

06:03the houses has different theme
06:05because I think it reflects
06:07to their different personalities.

06:44wala pa tong mga kahoy,
06:46wala pang mga designs,
06:48and alam naman natin yung finishing
06:50talaga yung medyo magastos.
06:52So, roughly,
06:53siguro mga 6M
06:55pumasok dito sa bahay na to.
06:57Kasama na yung pool,
06:59and then yung windmill din sa labas,
07:01and also the landscape.
07:02The total cost
07:04for building both villas,
07:06it's around 4 to 4.5 million.

07:17kasi ang isang bilin niya talaga
07:19sa aming magkakapatid,
07:20huwag kami mag-away-away sa property.
