00:19Last Sunday afternoon, the suspect in the shooting at Edza Ayala Tunnel was released from the custodial facility.

00:26This Tuesday, he was arrested.

00:28He was in front of a teleconference where his lawyer explained to him his rights and the process of his case.

00:37His father was next to the suspect for more than half an hour in the teleconference before he returned to prison.

00:44We tried to get permission from the suspect to be his father but he refused to give permission.

00:51The suspect's disobedience to the inquest did not continue this morning.

00:56According to the authorities, they are still completing the documents and evidence needed to confirm that the complaint will be filed against the suspect.

01:08Aside from the murder, the PNP will also file a complaint against him for using an illegal plate and carrying a gun without asking for a permit.

01:18This is a case hold because we caught the suspect under custody and he was identified.

01:27According to the parameters of the PNP, this case is considered solved.
