00:04This is Hollywood Rising.
00:05Ella, what was your most memorable day
00:08on the set of Yellow Jackets?
00:10When we filmed the scene of the plane,
00:12it had just crashed and everyone's waking up
00:15and screaming and freaking out
00:16and trying to get out of the airplane.
00:19So I'm like asleep with my eyes closed
00:20and all I can hear is like 12 girls just screaming.
00:24It sounded like they were giving birth.
00:25I'm not gonna do an impression.
00:27You can imagine.
00:28Who is your dream co-star, besides from me?
00:32Who's my dream co-star, aside from you?
00:36My dream co-star, aside from Ella Purnell,
00:39would maybe be Ella Purnell's mom.
00:41I gotta stop joking.
00:42What are you saying about my mom?
00:43Nothing, nothing.
00:45Nothing.
00:48Molly, who are your comedy icons?
00:51Will Ferrell is definitely one of my comedy icons
00:54and he is truly the meanest person I've ever met
00:58in my entire life.
00:59It's so crazy.
01:00No, he's genuinely the nicest person I've ever met
01:03and so it was so exciting to have been such a fan of his
01:06and then get to know him and he's like even better in person.
01:10Brandon, what is your pinch me Hollywood moment?
01:13I was on a Zoom call with Jordan Peele.
01:15The character that I brought to the audition
01:17was just way different than what he wrote for
01:19in the original Nope script.
01:21So he was like, you know, in order to cast you,
01:23I'd have to rewrite the entire script.
01:25And then I was sitting there thinking like,
01:26all right, I'm gonna take the L,
01:27like damn, I'm not getting this part.
01:29And then he's like, so you know what?
01:31I'm gonna rewrite the script.
01:33It's floating around online of me just like,
01:36no thank you man, you changed my life.
01:38Love it.
01:40All right, Emma, what does a dream role look like for you?
01:43I don't really have any specific like character
01:46that I madly need to play other than like a bad guy.
01:49That was always something that I was drawn to as a kid.
01:51Like all the Harry Potter villains,
01:53all the people that you shouldn't like in movies
01:55were like obsessions for me.
01:57Anna, who is your dream collaborator?
01:59I would love to work with more female creatives,
02:03but also hopefully some Japanese people.
02:06I love Hikari, I love Koreeda Kandoku,
02:09who is from Japan.
02:11What is the biggest risk you've taken in your career so far?
02:14Trying to achieve music and acting at the same time.
02:19The project that I was on a few years ago called Star
02:23is a music show.
02:26So it was pretty easy to combine the two
02:29because I was singing, dancing, and acting
02:31all at the same time.
02:32And it was a pretty nice transition into everything
02:36to the point where, you know,
02:37people wouldn't see me as just one thing.
02:40What has been the proudest moment of your career so far?
02:43The proudest moment in my career so far
02:45is Reservation Dogs for FX.
02:46Seeing the youth dressing up as us for Halloween,
02:50seeing the elders feel like they've been represented,
02:52seeing my community as a whole feeling represented
02:54all across North America.
02:55I'm very proud.
02:57What's a genre that you haven't explored yet
02:58that you would like to do?
03:00A genre I haven't explored but would like to is romance.
03:05I prefer more like a serious,
03:07really depressing romantic film.
03:10Well, not like super depressing,
03:11but notebook vibe, you know?
03:14What is your pinch me Hollywood moment?
03:16I got to shake hands with Michelle Yeoh
03:18and I'm glad we were shaking hands
03:20because I feel like if I didn't have a third point
03:22of contact, I would have fallen to the floor.
03:25Nick, if you could star in a remake,
03:28which one would it be and what role would you play?
03:30And why are you so mean to me?
03:35It would be a choice of two iconic action movies.
03:39One would be Braveheart
03:40and I'd love to play William Wallace.
03:42And the other would be Troy
03:44and I'd love to play Achilles in it.
03:47And why I hate Havana,
03:49it's because she's a terrible person
03:51and everyone knows that.
03:53What's one role you wish you auditioned for?
03:55I really wish I could have gone back in the 70s
03:58and auditioned for Sally Bowles.
04:00Liza Minnelli's amazing.
04:03I love Cabaret so much
04:05and if there was a remake, they should cast me.
