00:11 The Toll Regulatory Board has approved the collection of the second tranche of additional tolls in North Luzon Expressways.

00:19 In the new Toll-Free Matrix, the open system from Balintawak to Marilao, Bulacan
00:24 will add 5 pesos for Class 1 vehicles, 14 pesos for Class 2, and 17 pesos for Class 3.
00:31 The end-to-end trip from Metro Manila to Mabalacat will add 27 pesos for Class 1 vehicles,
