Delhi police on Saturday detained former personal secretary of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Bibhav Kumar, in connection with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Swati Maliwal assault case. In her complaint to the police, Maliwal alleged Kumar attacked her at Kejriwal’s residence on May 14 with “full force, slapping and kicking her in the chest and abdomen.” According to National Commission For Women (NCW) Chairperson Rekha Sharma, Kumar was ‘arrested’ from Kejriwal’s home.

01:33 Malewal claimed that the brutal assault by Bhibhav did not stop even after she mentioned

01:40 Meanwhile, Bhibhav Kumar has filed a counter-complaint with the Civil Lines Police Station, alleging
01:45 that Malewal had forcefully and unauthorisedly entered the CM's residence.
