00:00 China ordered their Coast Guard to catch the fish that will enter their waters, according to a report.

00:08 The Philippine Coast Guard confirmed this.

00:11 They say this is another threat from China.

00:14 Joseph Morong has a report.

00:16 In our civilian mission to help our fishermen,

00:25 their target is to enter 12 nautical miles or 24 kilometers around the Baohodomasinlok or Panatagshol.

00:32 But they won't continue because the Chinese ships are approaching.

00:36 In the middle of their May 15 voyage, the Chinese sent a directive to their Coast Guard

00:41 to catch the fish that will cross their borders and enter their waters.

00:48 According to the South China Morning Post,

00:50 up to 60 days can be detained without being caught.

00:54 China will continue this on June 15, but Italy is not yet targeting their borders.

00:59 This is another threat.

01:01 Definitely, it's not just the Philippines that will be affected by this kind of domestic law that they have made.

01:07 This will have a bigger backlash.

01:10 In San Felipe, Zambales, at a distance of 130 nautical miles from Panatagshol,

01:15 seven Chinese ships have crossed an anchored ship since Wednesday.

01:20 The Philippines has forgiven the ship but the AIS or Automatic Identification System was turned off.

01:26 It was registered in Sierra Leone and left Hong Kong on May 11.

01:30 According to the PCG, the ship's destination is in Manila,

01:34 but the anchorage fee is expensive there.

01:36 That's why the ship went to Zambales even though there's no pier here.

01:40 Allegedly, there's a dredging vessel.

01:44 The dredging in this place is suspended.
