00:00As I say, since I started this petition about two hours ago, the CNS have signed it, and I think on average I've got somewhere between 170 and 190 signatures, and that's in two hours.
00:14And I'm going to be here until two o'clock today, and I'll be here again tomorrow. Even after the CSB is closed for the day, I should still be here getting signatures, because that's what it means to me and other people to keep this bank open.
00:27And really, I'm here for people that are not computer literate, for starters. There are disabled people, there's a lot of people that can't get access to a bank.
00:39With the majority of other banks, when you ring them up, you'll speak to someone four or five hundred miles away. With the TSB, you can walk in there and talk to someone.
00:50I'm quite lucky in the fact that I've got a vehicle that I can go and travel to get all these facilities if I need it. But my main concern is for the weaker people in society who are going to suffer as a result of this closure.
01:05...for nailing the coffin, for banking, I fear. And their main excuse is they're not getting the footfall through the door. But they don't tell you that they're going to shut the ATM when they say that. You're losing the ATM, so you can't get access to your money.
