00:00Yes, I do welcome Natalie Elphick to the Labour Party.
00:06I think whenever you have people who de facto from one party to another,
00:11they'll obviously have made a series of statements that are in favour of the political party that they have left.
00:19But seeing her join the A Change Labour Party and specifically highlighting
00:25the failure of the Conservatives on the small boats policy is significant.
00:32And it really does show as well that not only Natalie Elphick,
00:38but of course, it was the week before it was Dan Poulter.
00:41Before that, we've had Christian Wakeford.
00:44All this shows that the Conservative government is frankly disintegrating.
00:48And the sooner that they call a general election, the better.
00:51Clearly, anybody who is reasonably minded, who wants to put country before party
00:58and tackle the immense challenges that our country faces,
01:03from the cost of living crisis to the state of our public services,
01:06would be welcome in the Labour Party.
