00:00What they're doing is munching away, that machine behind me, working its way through

00:10the building, doing the demolition.

00:12And you might see a gentleman with a hose compressing the dust, so we minimise the dust.

00:17The other thing to note is the sustainability here, so we're seeking to reuse the materials,

00:21they're crushing the concrete down, that'll be used as hard core on the site as we start

00:26making the new roads.

00:27And the other thing to my left, they're working on the bricks, so what they're doing is they're

00:32getting the bricks back into good order, they'll be stored and they'll be resold for other

00:36projects using the bricks of the era, the 1950s.
