00:00 If you think cooking while camping is hard, then you've never had the mother of all camping meals.
00:04 These are breakfast nachos. They're easy, delicious, and are going to impress anyone
00:08 you're camping with. Some people believe in doing the least, but we are not some people,
00:12 which means we're going to break out the Gerber Complete Knives and Cooking Set and get absolutely
00:16 out of control on the campsite. First, we're going to make some chips. Yes, you can just
00:19 buy a bag of chips at the store, but making your own takes a few extra minutes and is
00:22 life-changingly better. Grab your Complete Cutting Board and chop a stack of corn tortillas into
00:26 quarters. Then, heat up a pan of oil and fry these babies until they're crispy and golden.
00:31 You'll know they're ready when they sound like this. Next, we're going to grab some ground beef,
00:35 season it to taste, and get it nice and cooked through. After that, it's time for the eggs.
00:39 No breakfast conversion is safe from the clutches of a nice, fluffy, scrambled egg,
00:44 and this is no exception. Get those done and set them aside so we can get to the star of the show,
00:49 the guac. A good guac needs some spice, so we're going to dice our jalapenos. Then,
00:53 we're going to rough chop a fresh red onion, some Roma tomatoes, and of course, our avocados. I find
00:58 that a spoon is a great way to relieve them of their jackets, but you do you. Cut a few limes
01:02 and add them in for zest. Then, all that's left to do is to procure a healthy infusion of cilantro
01:07 and mix everything until it's a nice, smooth, creamy texture. Grab those chips from before,
01:12 add them to a pot with some cheese, your ground beef, and your eggs, and let everything warm up
01:16 until the cheese is melted. Then, we're going to add them to a plate with just like a heroic dose
01:20 of guac. Top it off with some hot sauce, and you, my friend, are about to enjoy one of the greatest
01:25 camping cooking experiences nature has to offer. It's messy, but it is really good.
