00:00I'm still pleased with the outcome. I feel like there is a sense in the country that
00:08people want to get on with practical ways forward for particularly our most marginalised.
00:15They're glad that there hasn't been a division set in place within our country, within our
00:20constitution and they're still seeking answers from the Albanese government certainly as
00:25to what they have in store, what was their backup plan, should the voice have failed
00:30and of course it has.
00:32The Yes side say that it was disinformation that lost them the vote. What do you have
00:37to say to that?
00:39If a suggestion is being put to you, a grand idea, if you don't have the detail of that
00:43grand idea, if you don't know what the detail is, why would you support it? And that was
00:49the basic truth of the situation. There was no detail. And if you don't know what the
00:53detail is, well you're not going to support it. You're not going to buy a car off its
00:57name if you can't see it for yourself. It could be a complete dud and therefore you're
01:02taking a huge risk.
