00:00What is the best advice you got for your mom?

00:05I'd say the best advice my mom gave me would be to follow your mother's intuition and follow your instinct as a mother.

00:13Because a mother knows best. And you'll know what's right from wrong, what's dangerous, what might happen.

00:22You can feel it as a mom.

00:25Isn't giving birth like water?

00:30Yes.

00:31Why water birth?

00:34Because in my research, it's better for the baby and for the recovery of the mother.

00:41Because that's called a gentle birth.

00:45So it's a good experience for the baby because they come from the womb and they're surrounded by water.

00:52And then when they come out, instead of going straight to the cold world, they go out to the warm water.

01:00So it's like they have a transition with the water birth.

01:03And then also, for me personally, my healing, my recovery was much faster.

01:09Do you have any plans for your husband now?

01:12In the interval of your children, because you already have two.

01:15If ever we do have more, maybe in a few years, like three years minimum.

01:21Because I want to go back to work and we want to enjoy our kids now.

01:26So how about the kids? How are your children?

01:28How old are they?

01:31How are they now that you're working?

01:33They're so cute. But for me, I also need to have a life where they're not always alone.

01:41They're my priority. But I have a daughter and I want her to admire,

01:47have her mother be somebody who's working also, who has a career and who does what she loves.

01:54I think that's the most important thing.

01:56That she sees that I really love what I do.
