00:05 Saigon is well known for the authentic and fresh food that we offer.
00:10 We buy vegetables three times a week to ensure the freshness of our vegetables.
00:18 We have Vietnamese sources, especially the bread and the vegetables.
00:24 We have suppliers.
00:26 Our best sellers are Goy Korn or fresh spring rolls.
00:30 We also have the original and authentic Pho bowl, beef noodles.
00:35 We also have seafood noodle soup.
00:37 [MUSIC]
00:42 This is so colorful in the cold and in front of me.
00:45 And we'll be starting off with a Vietnamese staple food, their noodle soup, more commonly known as Pho.
00:52 Is it still hot? This is the first thing we'll put in.
00:55 [MUSIC]
00:57 It's still dripping.

01:04 Just to share, recently, when I came from Vietnam,
01:09 in the central part of Vietnam, in between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh or Saigon,
01:15 it's not that different.
01:18 The taste is very authentic.
01:20 The noodles are soft and firm, because these are the ideal noodles for this soup.
01:28 And the Pho is there, which is light and delicious.
01:34 [MUSIC]
01:40 We also have another soup here, this is the Saigon seafood soup.
01:44 It's more colorful, I can see tomatoes and this is clam.
01:51 Okay, let's taste it.
01:54 [MUSIC]
02:01 I'm sweating a bit, there's a bit of a burn.
02:04 Next one, it's still vegetables.
02:07 Of course, it's not Vietnamese if it's not vegetables.
02:10 This is Vietnamese fresh spring rolls.
02:14 Then you dip it either in the fish sauce or in the peanut sauce.
02:21 Ooh, there's a lot.
02:23 I think something common with what I've eaten so far,
02:26 out of the three I've tasted, all of them are fresh while eating.
02:29 You won't get full right away, no matter how much you eat.
02:33 Let's taste it. It just looks like lumpia at first glance,
02:36 but inside it's all vegetables and meat, but it still tastes different.
02:42 Let's open it. It's cracked open.
02:45 You won't be able to eat it like this.
02:46 We have lettuce here, you'll wrap it here.
02:50 I dipped it in vinegar with cucumber, chili.
02:55 Yes, okay, let's taste it.
02:58 Mmm.
03:04 You can actually taste the meat,
03:06 but the vegetables are still on top because there's more.
03:09 If you have vegetables inside, you still wrap it with vegetables.
03:13 So you feel less guilt when you eat, even if there's meat inside.
03:19 Also, there's mushroom, which is also healthy.
03:21 In Vietnam, they call this Banh Xeo,
03:24 which is basically, there's noodles, pork inside,
03:29 and it's the same way of eating as the fried egg roll earlier.
03:34 You also wrap it in lettuce together with cucumber.
03:38 Okay.
03:40 Mmm, it smells good.
03:43 I'm on my way to my healthier 2024.
03:53 This one is Banh Mi, their sandwich.
03:58 This one is more famous, right?
04:00 Because we have bread, we can't go without coffee.
04:02 So this is Caffè Suano, their hot coffee.
04:06 Condensed milk is at the bottom, yes.
04:09 That's the distinct thing about Vietnamese coffee.
04:12 Mmm.
04:19 Let's sip some coffee.
04:22 It's delicious.
04:26 We made it ourselves, pomelo salad.
04:28 Mmm.
04:39 I would order this.
04:42 I think this is the best place in Vietnam because we have students,
04:49 we have senior citizens,
04:52 they love our Vietnamese food because they are seniors and they like vegetables.
04:58 Every Tuesday and Wednesday, we offer our lunch promos special.
05:03 Although it's only small versions, it's filling.
05:07 So our students like it.
05:09 It's good.
