00:00 Our government is now filing a case against the 13 Filipinos who died in heavy flooding in the United Arab Emirates.

00:10 This road in Dubai, UAE, was flooded by a wide river

00:16 following the record-breaking rain this Tuesday.

00:20 It was hit by an OFW in Sardzhai.

00:24 The cars were submerged.

00:27 Another car was also swept away by the flood.

00:30 The OFW, Vincent, said that many people were stranded in train stations

00:35 and their homes were flooded.

00:38 The lower parts of Dubai are very difficult to live in.

00:42 Especially the lower areas.

00:46 Many cars were submerged.

00:50 The problem is that some OFWs are returning to work.

00:54 There is still water inside the establishments, like this restaurant.

00:58 The flood-stricken area in Dubai International Airport is also felt.

01:03 There are still flights that were delayed or canceled.

01:06 The rain and flood have subsided, but there are still parts that have water, around 650,000 OFWs.

01:17 But in terms of the affected, relief goods distribution is still underway.

01:26 Experts believe that the lack of drainage infrastructure in Dubai, which is in the middle of the desert,

01:36 In the middle of the difficult time, three OFWs were counted among those who were affected.
