00:00 Josh, I really enjoy watching this Zach Seeler.
00:05 He kind of opens my eyes.
00:07 He's all over the place.
00:10 What are some of the things about his approach
00:13 that you really like?
00:17 Well, one thing, you know, and I would say,
00:21 you know, one thing that makes the job enjoyable
00:23 is that we have a lot of guys
00:25 that they put in a great day's work.
00:27 I mean, they come in and they work as hard
00:29 as they possibly can.
00:31 They're constantly striving for improvement.
00:33 I think Zach embodies that.
00:35 I think, you know, when you watch Zach on the field,
00:38 he plays with great effort,
00:40 and that's probably what sticks out most is, you know,
00:44 and I mean, obviously, you love and respect that about him,
00:49 and he's constantly in coaches' offices,
00:53 you know, trying to get better, trying to watch more film,
00:56 and then he goes out and he practices
00:58 as hard as he possibly can,
01:00 and then he's going to play as hard as he possibly can.
01:03 And like everybody else, you know,
01:04 there's some things that are good that,
01:06 you know, that he's doing, and then there's some things
01:08 that we're working on to try to get better,
01:10 but Zach is a hard, hard worker, and he's a high-effort guy,
01:16 and he's really a joy to be around.
01:19 And, you know, and again, like, I mean, I do --
01:21 I feel lucky that, you know, most of our guys are like that,
01:24 and they're very highly motivated,
01:28 and they're very diligent workers, so, you know,
01:32 and we know the task at hand in front of us.
01:34 We just need to keep striving for improvement
01:36 and try to get to a point where we can play down-in,
01:39 down-out, consistent football.
