00:26 At 11 o'clock last night, we reached the contractor of Maynilad who is waiting for materials or parts

00:32 to replace the broken pipe that caused the water to leak and the soil to soften on this part of the road in Salas Road, Pasay City.

00:41 This pipe is said to be broken and was cut by the Maynilad workers.

00:46 The hole in the pipe can be seen as the reason for the water to leak under the road.

00:52 According to the contractor of Maynilad who is responsible for the broken pipe,

00:56 the pipe was possibly hit by a bullet that caused the hole to leak.

01:00 The replacement pipe arrived at 11 o'clock last night and was immediately cut by the contractor of Maynilad.

01:06 At 4 o'clock in the early morning, the South Manila District Engineering Office arrived.

01:11 According to District Engineer Manny Bulusan, they will be working on the hole to cover it.

01:17 They will be quick to use the motorists again before noon.

01:22 According to Engineer Bulusan, it is possible that the pipe is long-standing.

01:26 But according to him, it was not affected by the post of the highway which is only a few meters away from the soft soil.
