A live-action, R-rated 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' movie is in the works following the success of the animated film 'Mutant Mayhem.' The Hollywood Reporter can exclusively reveal that Paramount Pictures is developing 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin,' adapting a popular storyline seen in the recent IDW comics.
