Handout footage from the Philippine Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) shows a helicopter identified as an aircraft belonging to China's People's Liberation Army Navy hovering over near the Pag-asa Island (Thitu Island) where a team of Filipino scientists were conducting marine resource assessment on Saturday, March 23.
