04:57 for example, for the damage to the environment

05:03 and other types of solid waste management challenges.

05:07 We listened to the reaction of the municipality of Sagbayan

05:10 but they have not yet given a statement on this issue.

05:12 But they said that they have not received a closure order from the DNR

05:16 that was initiated in September 2023.

05:19 In the destruction of the resort,

05:21 they may be punished with jail and fine.

05:23 Minimum of P1 million to P5 million maximum for criminal liability.

05:34 And there is an additional minimum of six years to a maximum of 12 years imprisonment.
