01:49 They say that we should allow them to govern Ghana again.
01:54 Mr. Speaker, this is the same old NDC.
01:59 This is the same old John Mahama.
02:01 Mr. Speaker, perish the thought, perish the thought.
02:05 Should he even get the opportunity,
02:08 he has only four years constitutionally.
02:10 Mr. Speaker, there will be no sense of agency in him,
02:13 because he has nothing to lose.
02:15 Even if you look at his choice of running mate,
02:18 he could not get somebody that one could say that, look,
02:22 they are planning for the future.
02:24 The person is over 70 years.
02:27 You have no concession plan.
02:30 Mr. Speaker, from day one, the government will be in crisis.
02:35 Mr. Speaker, from day one, the government will be in crisis.
02:39 Mr. Speaker, they want to pick the very old person who could
02:44 not perform at the education ministry, who could not--
02:51 As I submitted earlier, if you even
02:54 look at how they paraded their leadership,
02:57 clearly, they have not put in place
03:01 a visionary leadership for the country's long-term future.
03:05 Mr. Speaker, the flag bearer constitutionally
03:10 has just attained.
03:12 Should that happen?
03:14 The flag bearer has gone for a running mate.
03:17 Mr. Speaker, under normal circumstances,
03:22 they should have given us a running mate who
03:25 would give a future to Ghana.
03:28 Like we have given a flag bearer who
03:30 represent the future of Ghana.
03:32 You have brought a flag bearer, a flag bearer, a running mate,
03:37 who retired from the UCC as VC, came to Ministry of Education,
03:43 performed abysmally, the e-blocks,
03:46 she could not complete them.
03:47 She did only 29.
03:49 Today, you say that the running mate should
03:55 be the future of this country.
03:57 Mr. Speaker, when?
03:59 When, Mr. Speaker?
04:01 They could not even introduce the landing bridge project.
04:05 Mr. Speaker, failure to do that is what
04:07 degenerated their back to be called on you.
04:11 Mr. Speaker, it is for good reason
04:14 that when leaders are on their feet,
04:17 we all sit down and listen.
04:19 Mr. Speaker, it's clearly, Mr. Speaker,
04:21 when the minority leader was speaking,
04:24 there was total absence, absolute silence,
04:29 simply because he was churning out facts and figures.
04:34 Mr. Speaker, similarly, when the majority leader started,
04:39 we were all quiet.
04:40 But Mr. Speaker, when we may be young,
04:44 when he veered off on that factual basis
04:48 and was attacking the personality
04:50 of a prominent figure of this country
04:53 by saying that he's over 70 years
04:55 and therefore no sense of agency.
04:57 Mr. Speaker, we know the president of the republic
05:02 is 80 years.
05:03 Therefore, an attack on somebody who is 70 years,
05:06 Mr. Speaker, is an attack on the president of the republic.
05:09 And when he said the running back is 70 years
05:12 and therefore there's no sense of agency,
05:15 we were expecting the Speaker to call him
05:17 because Nnadu is over 80 years.
05:19 And we didn't make mistakes.
05:20 He tells us that we did mistakes
05:21 in voting for Nnadu who is 80 years
05:24 for misleading the country.
05:25 So, Mr. Speaker, we are going to call him
05:26 to expunge that aspect from the hazard.
05:29 That is what the bank was making when he made the mistake
05:32 in voting 80 years for the president to come to power.
05:35 You campaigned for him.
05:37 You marketed Nnadu who is 80 years.
05:40 That's been done so long.
05:41 Professor Marko Kwe was 80 years.
05:43 He was sitting on this chair.
05:45 So when you attack on Nnadu,
05:47 we will run after him.
05:48 And that's what the bank was saying.
05:49 Nnadu will be able to carry the house.
05:53 The leader of the house must withdraw that aspect
05:57 from the hazard because the running back is not here.
06:00 - All right, the,

07:57 We know commenting on Honorable Alex,
08:00 (speaking in foreign language)
08:01 is one of the political gimmicks.
08:05 And sometimes,
08:07 (speaking in foreign language)
08:12 (speaking in foreign language)
08:16 Some of the comments are,
08:17 (speaking in foreign language)
08:21 Also to generate headlines.
08:26 (speaking in foreign language)
08:30 But they are casting some kind of unfavorable anger
08:35 and responses from the opposition.
08:37 These are games that they play.
08:41 (speaking in foreign language)
