Baka lalo lang maging negosyo ang edukasyon kung bubuksan sa mga dayuhan sa pamamagitan ng Charter Change, ayon sa isang grupo. Ang pangamba naman ng isa sa sumulat sa 1987 Constitution, baka pagdaragdag ng kapangyarihan ng mga nasa pwesto ang layon ng Chacha.

03:19 help internationalize higher education, facilitate university to university linkages between Philippine and foreign universities.

03:29 But be careful, the Government Academic Industry Network said that our educational institutions can only be used as business.
